Red Dot took over the storage facility that I was already at. The first 5 years I was there the rates never went up. Red Dot has raised the rates 5 times since 2020. I will probably look to move my stuff elsewhere.

Nice storage facility. Clean, bright at night, and has excellent self service options in the corner of one of buildings. Will use again if I need a storage space.

Floors are cracked and uneven but the price is reasonable for the area and the staff is professional and helpful.

Gated, secure and clean. Automated kiosk in lobby to rent a unit, pay your rent on-site (if you wish). Dumpster also available to use.

Not a bad facility for the 24/7 access and ease of access however the property management is pretty lackluster and not very communicative.

Red Dot Storage has made physical improvements; but, things haven't really gotten better. 1. The entrance is in the wrong place to the west of the property. The entrance/exit should have in the middle inline with the drive. 2. The fencing has confined access to the storage units. 3. The attendants can't make to the property when need; it takes about three days! 4. Rents will risen 26% + with no tangible benefit!
