Usually the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately today it looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I tried to cash in a savings bond and they denied it due to not having correct documentation. I mean yeah that seems like a “me” problem but a month prior, I turned in other savings bonds and having my I.D was more than enough to cash them in. I showed the teller the receipt of that recent transaction and she asked another employee by the name of “Kim” and she said very loudly, “DONT CARE!”. I wasn’t sure why she responded that way because I was nothing but kind and understanding. There was no reason for such unprofessional and rude behavior.

went to pnc the other day, the teller was polite and courteous. i wanted to cash an 11000 dollar check. i asked for the manager and asked why they couldn't cash the check as i have funds in the bank to cover. she wanted to know what i needed the money for? none of her business as far as im concerned. i told her i was looking for a used car. she said its a bad idea to use cash. i asked when i can get the money and was told that they needed to order the cash and it would take a week. i was informed that when the money arrived i had 24 hours to pick it up. What kind of bank operates like this?

Disappointed that there is no off hour atrium access. Be advised that the drive thru is narrow nd low overhead.

So I just open the PNC bank account and I’m waiting for my first check to clear and I haven’t had a job in a while since a car accident. I really don’t have a savings because of the car accident. And my check still has not been cleared after three business days and the woman on the phone told me I have to wait another two days until I can buy food and other things. I could be renting a car right now while looking for cars I would not suggest doing PNC unless you call over the phone first I regret signing up with this bank identity is what the problem is. My check is real always has been. Walmart takes it everybody else takes it but PNC doesn’t once I find a different bank. I will no longer be going to PNC unless they actually do their jobs right. I don’t like being a negative Nancy or whatever but this is not right.

While PNC overall has not provided the best customer service, the staff at this branch is great, most specifically Kim. I had a complicated situation where I was given the run around, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Kim has helped me more than once and really does everything she can to resolve any issue, and she is super sweet!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every time I go in to withdrawal money “the system is down”Frustrating as a state employee that I can’t withdrawal my money when I need to and I get stuck with ATM fees because they can’t get a system that works

I worked with Shaniqua to open an account and close for a product that PNC offers. The product is what got me in the door; people like Shaniqua are what will make me keep my relationship with the bank for the long term. I am very happy with this branch and the overall product offerings from PNC.

Went to do a wire transfer for our house closing that we had called ahead of time to do. Not only were they not successful in wiring the money they sent all our information to another customer in the drive through.
