Purchased daughters first vehicle from here. Two weeks after purchase the subframe rusted away. I understand that issues will come up with purchasing a used vehicle. I question if a safety inspection was performed before putting the vehicle out for sale. My daughter is a new driver and this could have caused her to loose control of the vehicle. I came in to speak with the owner Tom about this however he was not available. I also left my phone number for him to call and he never did. This was an unfortunate experience for me and my daughter I would caution anyone from buying a vehicle from this dealer. They do not care what they are selling.

Had a ceramic coating put on our new truck. The truck looks great inside and out. One thing I think should have been discussed with me before having it done was the 2 - 3 week after care. When I picked up the truck it was recommended I keep the truck in the garage. Unfortunately, our F450 does not fit in our garage.
Other than the after care instructions, my experience was very good; the truck looks great and the staff was very friendly.

Sold a car with a messed up transmission car had no ebrake car also had no tail light then the car started jus dying outta no where he is a very shady person and I wouldn’t recommend it

I traveled about three hours round-trip to bring my vehicle here because I had heard what a good job they do. They more than met my expectations. I had not had my vehicle detailed in the 7+ years I have owned it. After having it detailed and cleaned at Platinum, it's like I'm driving a new vehicle again! Excellent value for the money.

OMG..I got the ceramic coating on my car. The past two days it rained all day. I drive home behind car wheels throwing street "muck" all over my car. My car is spotless...from the windows down to my wheels. I can't believing how amazing the ceramic coating is. I would recommend for any car, any age.❤️

I pulled up to the front of the building, and no one came out. They were yet opened and the garage door was open. I was in my 2021 Chevy Tahoe Premier truck, I really needed to get it washed. So I pulled out of the area of the garage door and called the number. Someone answered and he was very rude and snappy. So, I decided to NOT pay him 60.00 just too wash the outside of the truck. I just can’t stand stupid attitudes. His tone of voice with me, seemed personal!

They attempted twice to tint my windows, both times they have multiple creases and bubbles in them, I do have pictures but could not upload them this is a 2023 Toyota Camry I buy a lot of cars 10 brand new in the past 2.5 years and never have I had a tint job turn out as bad as this one has! Then the owner said he would refund me and I still haven’t seen that either! Stay far away from this place if you want any quality work done!Service: Window tinting

This is the "quality tint job" put out by them with multiple creases and bubbles according to the owner this is a great tint job and I was being petty. I had the interior detailing done to my 04 Dodge Ram 3500. After 19 years, the interior looks new again. They also hand washed my truck and cleaned the tires and rims. I am very satisfied. I would definitely go back.Service: Auto detailing
