This was the WORST pedicure and technician I have ever had! The technician was rough and hurt me several times. At one point I actually said “ohh that hurt” she said nothing. When it was finally over, she was putting my sandals on and jammed it on my foot between my second and third toes instead of next to big toe and second toe. Again, she said nothing. I always look forward to treating myself to a little pampering by getting a pedicure but, this time I was tense and mad that this experience was not what it should’ve been. I feel like it was a waste of money. There are plenty of other salons everywhere, I will find a new one. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I MISS LILY!Service: Pedicure

Mat was the worst nail tech I’ve ever had. She was so rude and demeaning the whole time I was there. Her attitude is horrible.

Amazing job! I love this place. I get gel nails and my sister gets acrylic nails. Our nails stay on for 4 weeks! 4 WEEKS! The employees are amazing people. The prices are so good too. You really get the best deal here and great service. I will continue to come back for a very long time. Thank you guys!

IF YOU WANT A CLEAN SET OF TOOLS WITHOUT MY BLOOD OR SOMEONE ELSE’S BEING USED ON YOU THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was getting a pedicure when the lady cut open the cuticle on my toe. I was pretty upset. After she was done with my pedicure I sat there with my friend as the lady went to start her pedicure. My friend whispered to me that she spritzed three sprays of alcohol on the tools and was ready to use those the same cuticle cutters on her. I stopped the lady and said hey you just cut my toe and it was bleeding. The lady told me she sprayed the tools. Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think 3 sprays and a one minute wait time kills blood borne pathogens. I hope I don’t end up with a disease. If she went to use it on the person next to me then, just imagine how many people before me that could’ve been cut. This is disgusting and this place will be reported to the health department.Service: Pedicure

Perfect Nails has been sold, explains the increase in their pricing and the decrease in their staff. I have gone here for years. Was always a pleasant experience until today. I went in for a pedicure & manicure and then I gave them my gift certificate which they would not honor. Wait why not? The expiration date on the certificate was Feb 2023 for a pedicure & manicure. The new owner came over & told me it was no longer Perfect Nails it had been sold and they would lose money if they took my gift certificate because the previous owners sold it to me. What???????????? I said where your sign under new management? Why is the sign still on the building Perfect Nails? Why are there business cards in your establishment saying Perfect Nails? Of course, none of my questions could be answered other then they applied for a business license. Needless to say, I paid for my pedicure & manicure, which meant more to them than me. It's the principal and I felt they should have been respectful and honored it. How many customers out there have gift certificates? Kiss them goodbye. I am not writing this review out of anger, it is the principle of it. Over the past several months I have noticed low staff and the longer waits than usual. Customers are stepping in and finding out how long the wait is and stepping back out. There are so many other nail salons in Frankfort, and I will not give them my business any longer. It's not because it was sold it is because they are very unprofessional. You don't buy a business and not have any signs up saying under new management. I believe Perfect Nails had such a good reputation they are riding on their coat tails. Time to move on.

The new owner is HORRIBLE. I had gift cards that were purchased in Jan of this year, which were not expired. I went several times this year using up my gift cards from the holidays with no issues. I even went just about two months ago and used them with no issues. I went yesterday to get my nails done and when it was time to pay I was told they would not accept my gift cards due to new ownership. I asked why signs weren't placed with a date saying for customers to use their gift cards by if they still had them and was not given an answer, just a bill. I have gone to this place for over 15 years, and have been a loyal customer. Not anymore. They new owner was beyond rude about this situation, getting an attitude with me, and not caring that money was spent and we couldn't even use the gift cards. She even tore them up in my face. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT A PLACE THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

I had Them fix my index finger because it broke two days later now a week later my ring finger broke . I’m very disappointed Anna said the owner wasn’t there so I trusted her to do my nails. And they weren’t shaped the way I wanted them I said extremely square but she gave me square coffin .

New owner too lazy and looked bossy. I feel sorry for her workers. I came when they get busy but I didn't see her help anything for her staffs. My water got cold when I put my feet in. I don't like the way that she do the business.
