I had a great experience with the work the Pashco team did with my car. They provided a diagnosis and prompt repair on my car that saved me thousands of dollars over an inaccurate quote/proposal from a local Ford dealer. The diagnosis was communicated in very professional and complete fashion. The quoted price matched the final bill. Best of all my car is running great, and I expect to get many more miles from it! Brett and Ed provided a great experience and I will be bringing all my cars to them in the future.

While everyone was polite and service was quick and through I did not like that they gave me one quote over the phone and charged me something different when I picked it up. I called and explained what I needed and talked to a lady, she told me to hold while she talked to the mechanic then came back to the phone and told me to have it looked at would cost $50 and that I could bring it by the next day. I brought it the next day, and dropped it off. The following day they called and told me all the issues, based off that info I decided not to do any fixes because it wasn't worth it. He told me over the phone that it was $150. I went to go pick it up and on arrival a lady was at the front desk and I told her I was here to pick up the car and asked why the difference in price that I was quoted on phone, she said hold on and got the mechanics. He came out and said I didn't talk to a lady the other day I only talked to him, and that no one gave me that price. I told him well she did and I didn't just pick a random price to say and that, that is why I brought it here, the lady did not come in and verify or return to the front, which I assume is because she didn't want to lie to my face. The older mechanic then said that she was his wife and she doesn't set appointments not give quotes. I did not appreciate paying 3 times what I was quoted and then told I was never quoted that or that I even had the conversation I know I had. That is the reason I'm giving a bad review, this is the type of Bad experience I try to avoid when looking for new auto shops. Honesty is the best customer service. Maybe she shouldn't have quoted but SHE DID, and obviously was wrong and she as the employee and wife should eat that cost not me the new customer. They could have offered a variety of options to of set her mistake and they didn't they charge me $160. He told me it's $160 per hour and that's how long he spent "looking" at my car. Very disappointed in the interaction. We both stayed polite but I feel scammed.

First experience with Ed was over a year ago with my previous vehicle when he was to do a diagnostic on the transmission. Car ended up dying on the way to Pashco, 3 blocks shy of reaching their driveway. When we finally got the car into his shop and after he did an evaluation + estimate of repairs he did not hesitate to be upfront and honest that we should not waste our money saving the car because it's not worth it and to use that money as a down-payment on a new car. Also suggested we needed to get rid of that car and add6 fast as possible.Since then the wife has only been taking her car + her company fleet of work trucks and vans to Pashco.We did finally replace my vehicle and I do not drive much any more due to medical issues so maintenance is far and few between now on my car, but as of late I also have started taking my car only to Pascho.

Honest, Courtesy & Professional!!! Pashco Automotive 'Ed' was everything in the title and more! He provided a helpful & flexible time to bring the car. He gave diagnostic results timely and clear explanation of repair needs, realistic expectations of time needed to repair. Even though there were challenges getting parts from Hyundai parts department he was thorough with communicating to me the challenges and steps being taken. The time he stated the repair would be complete, he met the time. You will need GPS assistance to find the location (unless you just know) BUT IT IS WORTH THE FIND... "PASHCO 'ED' IS A HIDDEN GEM AUTO REPAIR CLINIC & PROVIDES A GREAT EXPERIENCE!" (I had Timing chain replacement & necessary gaskets needed to complete). Thanks Ed for the positive experience & repairing my car, this is valuable beyond the price for repair which was acceptable at not overpriced.
