I love getting my nails done here, they’re so clean and organized. Whenever I make my appointment they take me on time and prioritize me during my appointment and never have me waiting or switching nail techs. I usually do a fill in with Haibo and a pedicure with anyone- I’ve done pedicures with everyone & they’re all so good! Haibo never disappoints and is so creative he always designs my nails perfect. Every inspiration picture I bring he recreates it and does it 10x better.

Can’t remember the last time I went to a salon that someone was so diligent about making sure that’s how I wanted it. The man did a wonderful job and I was so happy with how my fill in looked !! Would give 10 stars if I could, make your appointment here next time and you’ll be back

one of the best experiences at a salon ever! my mother has been going to this salon for a few months and convinced me to go with her, and now I will not be going anywhere else! the salon is very cozy and clean. The staff are kind and make you feel welcomed. My nails themself turned out amazing. I’ve never had a set of nail feel so secure. the pricing is the most affordable i’ve seen in the area. would recommend this salon to anyone looking!

I was really excited to find out where my favorite nail tech had moved to. Me & my daughter both would get out nails done by Haibo, when he worked at the nail shop in Burbank Illinois ( 76 & Cicero). So I decided to make the long drive to the new location on Lagrange Rd. Haibo was so unfriendly, I felt like he didn't want me in his shop. He even told me the nail shape that I asked for wouldn't look right on my hands, even though he had previously done the coffin shape before, and he charged me $10 more than I was quoted over the phone. I left with hurt feelings & super disappointed vowing to never return. **Remember where you came from & all money spends the same*

Have been going to a different place for three years. Needed nails done. Was pleasantly surprised how nice my nails turned out. They're beautiful! Very nice people and easy to get an appointment.

I hate to do this because everyone was very nice. I was there almost 3 hours for a no chip mani and pedi. No wait. So thinking this way you’d believe the service was very thorough. I thought the same….at first. The woman who did my pedicure took a super long time and I wasn’t paying attention for a bit until I looked down and my toenails were long! I thought she had cut them short like I asked. I had to ask her at least 6 more times to cut more and while still not to my satisfaction I just let it go. She also cut and filed the big toe nails on an angle?? I again didn’t say anything bc I was getting tired of being there and she didn’t understand me. She was not thorough at all…just moving really slowly. She missed alot of places and the paint job isn’t good either. I believe her name was Jeannette. So finally she starts my no chip manicure. I still had gel polish on my nails but usually they get soaked during the pedicure. No. She drilled/buffed some of it, soaked, and used the drill again. Huge waste of time. Finally a more experienced tech finished for her and spoke great English. She had her daughter there, who was about 5 and she was the best part of my experience. We talked about Halloween and looked at nail designs together. The mom seemed irritated with the First Lady who took care of me and it seemed as I were her last client. I got a French manicure. She messed up at least 3 times and kept redoing it. Her little girl was getting antsy and I think she was trying hard, but getting overwhelmed. My nails still don’t look that great. I’m not happy at all for what I paid for this. My cuticles are still dry and nasty on all toes and the paint jobs were not even great. I would go back for the little girl lol. The ppl were so nice but the service was a bit less than average. However, I did enjoy a $10 discount at the massage place next door. I’m sorry guys. I don’t want to be mean but I have to be honest.
