Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. “I came into this location on 7/11 because it was in the area of a previous appointment i had and they had great reviews. When I arrived I only had to wait about 15 mins (which the young lady told me it would be a short wait). I got serviced for an oil change and I also purchased wiper blades. The service was good and I went to pay. The problem came when I swiped the wrong debit card to make a payment. I advised the lady that helped me checkout that I wanted to use a different card and swiped the correct card for the full amount of the change plus wipers which went through fine. I was given a receipt for that but then the lady said that the computer still showed I owed. Come to find out the first time I swiped (the wrong card) a part of the payment actually came out. It wasn’t clear when I swiped the 2nd card because again , it charged that card for the full amount. The lady who worked on my car ( my assumption is she was also a manager) came in and pointed out that the charge actually was reversed back to my card. I still saw the pending transaction in my account but I figured it would probably take a while to show the reversal. I also had to rush back to work as i don’t work nor live in the area. its now the 16th and i checked my account again and it still doesn’t show a reversal of the charge. I attempted to call the location to speak w management to let them know I basically was over charged (the first swipe took a portion and the second swipe took the full amount.) but the phone system is completely automated. I tried a couple different ways to get connected to the location to speak w someone but it didn’t work. Not sure how to get in touch with them to possibly get a resolve. The service and speed at this location is good i just would have liked to be able to speak with someone via phone about this specific issue.”

“After a breakdown last winter and tow to my usual mechanic, I was told I needed a new engine but they didn't do that level of work there. I found Cooper after a bit of research and am so happy I did. They promptly inspected the vehicle, laid out my options, and gave me an estimate. It did take a while waiting on parts to arrive, but the staff communicated well when I checked in and followed up to let me know the status. Once parts arrived, work was completed sooner than predicted. The car has been running seamlessly ever since. I would definitely recommend.”

“This place has gone downhill since my last visit. The entrance to the customer waiting area is an accident waiting to happen. The price has increased significantly used to be right around 60 now more like 90. Would recommend management clean up the entrance to the waiting area before an elderly person or a kid slips or steps on something and is injured. Maybe empty the trash in the waiting area for a 90 oil change I would expect much better”
“I had a set of tires put on this evening.
I ordered the tears and made the appointment online.
When I arrived today, it was really backed up.
I waited a little bit to get greeted, because it seems everyone that was there was busy in the garage.
I learned that that they were short staffed.
No one was standing aroun.. The three people that were there were really working hard
There were quite a few customers waiting. When a gentleman named Henry came out of the back.. A very loud and rude customer basically verbially attacked him.
I do not know how Henry he maintained his composure at that moment.
That customer wanted him to engage with him....BUT HE DID NOT!!!!
I left my car there and returned once I got the notice, my car was complete. Mind you this was 8 pm!!!!!!! I am positive. They went way longer than their shift required.
I introduced myself to Henry..
I told him that I witnessed that customer pushed every button he had. I told him what an amazing job he did!!
Not only understaffed overbooked, but getting verbally assaulted by customers and still staying calm??!!!
Walmart you better give henry a raise... You certainly don't want to lose him!”
