Michael and his team were truly amazing. The communication was spot on. The patience he has is impressive. The contacts for financing, inspection and other needs was super helpful. He truly took care of everything. I told him I was going to be super picky, and he listened to what I wanted and found the perfect house. I cannot recommend him and VRS more!

The best! Where to start… Michael is the most genuine person/agent you would ever deal with. Mike was a wonder to work with and I’ve recommended him to many of my friends without a moments hesitation. Not a single dissatisfied word from ANY to whom I have made the referral, and I know a couple of them have also referred Mike and his team to others. When my wife and I were looking for a house the market was crazy with homes being sold days after they hit the market. We must of seen 30 houses before we found the right one, and Mike was patient with our indecision throughout the whole process! He consistently worked hard to bring new homes to our intention that were kept perfectly within our interests (I.e budget, location, house features, etc.), and many of which were not listed in the most used real estate apps. Finally, the best aspect of our experience with Mike was his flexibility and availability to view houses first hand! My wife and I have strange work schedules, and with the market the way it was we needed many last minute viewings with no notice and often at weird hours …Mike made the time for us somehow, and would consistently get to the view the house the same day we called him. I’ve often heard from friends and family that the biggest issue they had with some realtors was the difficulty in finding a day and time to view the house that worked for everyone in a timely matter, and I feel grateful that was not the case with Mike. I’m honestly not sure if we would be homeowners at this time if not for him. The long and frustrating process with a different realtor that wasn’t as proficient as Mike’s team most likely would’ve led us to stick with renting until the market is easier to work with. Besides Mike himself there is his staff of other great and talented realtors, and has great and credible contacts with lawyers, inspectors, contractors, plumbing, etc., and ANYTHING else that’s possibly needed In the process. If you’re looking for someone to make the important and difficult process of buying or selling a home as easy as is possible, I’d give this team a call.Thanks Mike!!!
