I have had cats for 50 years and they would not let me adopt a cat that had been there a long time and people ignored her. They sent me two reject emails and that was. it. I have adopted other young and older cats and have taken in strays. The application process is ridiculous and felt like I was adopting a human child. I sure hope someone adopts the cat I wanted, because that sweet baby needs to be in a forever home and not cooped up in a cage being ignored. They still have her cooped up in a cage because one of the workers’ daughters is friendly with her. My heart breaks for the cats that are here.

My husband and I volunteer for this shelter. All the kitties we help are so loving and in need of a loving home and family to care for them. The owner does definitely go up and beyond for her crew. We appreciate her. Thank u Dawn and her husband

Great, phone numbers don't work, only P.O box address only. What a business ? Why not adopt Virtually, rescue virtually, take care virtually through Zoom ?

DO NOT WASTE TIME APPLYING FOR PETS HERE. They act like you are adopting a human baby and you have to be absolutely perfect fit. I’ve had cats my whole life(35years) and know how to take care of them. They gave no reason for not wanting to move forward with our application and just sent an email at 1030 at night saying we weren’t a good match and nothing else. This place is very cultish and should not be trusted at all. Hopefully these pets are being cared for. This is the kind of place that I would not be surprised to hear in the news for laundering scheme or something else shady. Stay away unless you are an investigator looking into this place

Wonderful organization

This organization is ridiculous. I was looking for a kitten and was denied because of a statement I made about my late cat. With all the animals in this world needing homes, I have a very safe loving environment and was denied.

I have had at least one cat for over the past 40 years. The most I've had is five. There was a feral cat that the local animal control officer couldn't catch. As the cold weather arrived, I fed the cat in my driveway and eventually in my garage. I bought a space heater and built a doghouse type structure for the cat in my garage. The cat was fed day and night and his litter box was cleaned daily. My indoor cats would always sleep in my lap. And this was done for years. And I was told by Lulu's Locker that I wasn't qualified to adopt a cat because I didn't have a plan. Lulu's Locker... You're FIRED.

I filled out the application to adopt a cat. According to the manager the cat won't be a good fit in my house because because my daughter isn't old enough!! Are you F* serious? Also the manager mentioned that I have to take another cat so the one we liked won't feel alone. Is that an excuse to get rid of another cat?? Animals adapt to new environments, regardless of the situation. We tried to adopt a pet some people make it so difficult and impossible
