Shopped this past Sunday, July 2nd. Been in this shop many times but this past Sunday was disappointed by the lack of customer service from the employee working this morning. Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.

Love this shop she always has beautiful pieces and this outfit was perfect for my 10 year anniversary.She picked out out for me and knew it would look great and she was absolutely right.

I’m in ? with my Lampe Berger! My husband was worried that I had a snake in a jar? on the kitchen counter. Lol it’s fun to keep them on their toes ?My house smells ?fresh and lovely no longer like little boy ????funk and ???dog.

My daughter and I visited the store yesterday. It has such a wonderful collection of items. The owner was so welcoming and we really appreciated that she cared enough for her customers to wear a mask. My daughter bought a lovely ring and we will definitely return! I encourage everyone to support this great local business.

Lorin's Luxe is the perfect addition to downtown Frankfort. I adore the merchandise that Lorin carries - everything from beautiful high-end Italian leather purses to fashion accessories, jewelry and great home/gift items. Did I mention that the owner Lorin is one of the nicest people on the planet as well? Just a note - the store is moving to a new, downtown Frankfort location in early January. Be sure to call before you come out. The new location will be next door to Bentley's Pet Stuff on Ash Street.
