10/16/25: Osco staff should wear gloves when administering flu shots.
Store is old and looks dumpy — needs a renovation. Always out or never receive sale price items advertised which results in multiple trips. Common occurrence with Jewel stores.

I used to shop at this Jewel all the time for the good coupons they used to offer. Now I really don’t like to because almost all of the sales are ucupons, which I find ridiculous. They assume that everyone knows how to use this system. I find it is particularly frustrating to older adults who are not familiar with computers. Except for the Osco Drug Store that I really like, I would not shop here at all.

Front-line employees are great, considering the leadership they have. The store director, Tanya, has managed this store into the ground by trying to save money by cutting costs, portions for items like chicken meals, and inventory. They've been out of at least 4 produce items each of my last 5 visits, and it's not like I'm buying exotic fruits... Can't wait for the other options in the area to open up!
I've submitted feedback to store leadership but they never improve. Corporate needs to turn this store around.

Went at 11:30 on a Tuesday to get Fried Chicken meal from the deli. There were 3 employees in deep conversation, no one paying attention that there were customers. The gentleman in front of me said he had been waiting at least 5 minutes for service. I waited another five minutes before finally asking if anyone was working the counter.
The chicken looked like it had been there from at least the day prior. I told the employee that the chicken looked old & the reply was that he “didn’t make it”. He kept telling me there were enough pieces for the meal yet in reality, there were not enough of each piece to make up the meal correctly. I have a hard time believing that they made up a decent amount of chicken to start the day and it just happened to be almost all gone by 11:30am. Needless to say, I told him that I was leaving and went to get food somewhere else.
Jewel is always my go to for chicken meals, I’ve been doing it for years, but I will never visit the Frankfort Jewel ever again. I went to a neighboring Jewel location & they had more than enough chicken to choose from & were very attentive!

I witnessed firsthand how employees from your meat department, produce department and cashier dealt with a very difficult, demanding person/customer - And while her health seem to be compromised, she was not nice - not thankful for the help and instead was demanding, arrogant, and impatient.
Your employees were stellar.. going above and beyond to help her. I’m sure she’s not the first and won’t be the last- May God continue to bless your employees with patience

Was there to pick up a order for Uber and had a amazing experience thanks to Tommy. He was friendly from the time he saw me till the time I left. Very energetic and enthusiastic young man. I truly enjoyed my experience. Thanks Tommy. Thank Jewel of Frankfort. Though this is not the one by my home. My interaction with Tommy was amazing and the clerk at the service desk whose name i do not remember was great also. Thanks Everyone!!

While checking out at jewel Osco in Frankfurt, Illinois route 30 and Lagrange Road 4 checkout lines were backed up and they opened up a 5th and they let people just walking u Go right in which is shameful.

I can't believe how unprofessional the store director Tanya Young is. I was in the deli getting a chicken tender and potato meal for dinner. They only had one employee, Noah, working the deli and he was extremely nice. He was busting his butt helping the customers all by himself. The store director was in the deli and wasn't even helping customers, but as soon as Noah filled my bag with chicken and potatoes she came right over and immediately confronted him. She told him he put too many in and she would FIRE HIM if he did it again. She said about 3 more times that he would get fired, all in front of me and other customers. That was incredibly unprofessional and I couldn't believe a manager would say that in front of customers. Imagine my surprise when I found out she was the STORE DIRECTOR. I can't believe someone in that position could act so unprofessionally in front of customers. Made me feel awful, especially since he's just a kid! The worst part is she made him take potatoes out of my bag and PUT THEM BACK IN THE TRAY! That is super disgusting and has to violate health codes. Now other customers are going to be served potatoes that were already put in a bag for me! GROSS! I don't know what she said in the interview to get hired, but she is a miserable person. He was the only person who bothered to show up and work the deli, so idk what your plan is if you fire all your workers. Noah you're a really nice kid, keep your head up and don't let the potato jerk keep you down!
