What is going on at this store? Husband went late Friday afternoon. Shelves and cases were empty, a lot of things not available. Short dates on perishables. Worst of all, 2 checkout lanes open and super long lines. Customers were yelling at each other.Time to try a different store. It used to be decent.

Today I went fix an over charge on early trip and buy there chicken meal.Went to pay for the meal I got over charged had get it fixed. It required to get a manger involved.Tired of having to fix there mistakes.

Lisa at the customer service counter, was the most rudest I have ever came across from this jewel or any jewel. Instead of giving me a raincheck due to the seafood being out she said we have to see your phone to be sure that you never clipped it. At this location we check. I was spoken to as if I am not an educator and not a grown woman with her children. I have a voice and you will not speak to me nor any other person in this way, rude and obnoxious. Will call Mrs Young your manager. Customer service needs to be practiced.

Had prescriptions transferred to Osco, nothing but problem. Tell me yes, your prescription is ready today. But, was not. Some fill dates are off.my doctors like the apps for convenience, I am new to osco, just need to be educated. At least 4 prescriptions my doctors would likea 28 day fill. "Employee said, "what. Good luck. Do not recommendyou can't wait 2 dats". No. Per my dictionary. Thinking about a new pharmacy already

Can the deli staff be any more unfriendly? No matter what day or time I shop, they always seem inconvenienced. Good thing there are so many other choices in the area.

Since moving to Frankfort this is our closest location. We've given it several chances but no more. This is the second time we bought milk from this location and is already curdled and smells bad well before the sell by date. Another time we bought hot dog buns and mold was growing within a few days. Never had a problem at the Oak Forest location and we will just go to Meijer from now on.

The worst grocery store... period. This probably applies to every Jewel though. Prices are an absolute joke- it's double the price of Marianos and the same crap quality. People working here are just entitled union dolts. Selection is crap. Albertsons is the master of financially engineering their stores to get the most money they can out of your wallet. I see the place is always busy, and for some reason people remain loyal to this brand that was distinctly Chicago at one time. Now it's just a POS. I swear I'll never come in here again. If I do, shame on me.

Wanted to leave a positive review for the floral department. Cindy K was a massive help and was able to custom make a corsage the day of (with only an hrs notice). Massive help and an amazing employee who deserves to be recognized.

ANOTHER 1 star because I have been dealing with this now for quite a few months and now the deli now closes BEFORE 6:30 pm!! But yet when I was there, 2 people were behind the Deli and stated management told them to close due to no staff. Then I called for a manager at 7 and was told all the managers go home at 6!!! THANKS FRANKFORT FOR A QUALITY BUSINESS!!!

Went to pick up a drive up order in the morning on 12/19. I received a message on my phone after checking in that it would be up to 5 minutes. It was over that timeframe and received a message that my order was picked up. I got nervous and went in. I ran into the girl who did the drive up orders. I asked her if that was my order. She was very rude and said to me you need to give us time. I said my text said my order was picked up. She said we aren't that stupid. What? Took my order and will not be shopping at that store again. Returned home and found the Susan cookies from the bakery were cracked, because of improper bagging.

The worst customer service of any jewel. 3 managers working, 2 in self check out 1 arguing meat prices. I waited 20 minutes no one even acknowledged me. There were 3 people behind me when I left. Never again will I stop at th ed Frankfort, IL store. They need repermended.
