I don’t typically leave reviews, but I’m so pleased with how my hair turned out, so I wanted to share my experience.
I was visiting family in town and a friend recommended a tier 4 stylist at the salon who I originally thought I booked with, but there was a scheduling error on my behalf. I called last minute and the receptionist was able to squeeze me in with Abbie E for blonding and a cut. I was a little nervous at first to book with a newer stylist, but it turned out to be an incredible choice. Not only is Abbie super kind and personable, she is attentive to detail and gave me the best highlights/root tap/tone that I’ve had in many years. My haircut also turned out great! I would have never guessed that she was newer to the industry. She is highly skilled and clearly passionate about her work.
If you’re blonde and looking for perfectly blended highlights with no lines, Abbie is your girl! I will surely book with her again next time I’m in town. Thanks again, Abbie!

Angela is hands-down the best stylist at Jeffrey Lamorte in Frankfort. She is so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. She covers everything in the consultation process and makes sure you’re both on the same page for cuts and color. Also- anyone with curly hair needs to see Angela. It is so hard to find someone proficient in curly cuts but she is the queen of a curly cut! She is truly the best!! ♥️♥️♥️

Poor customer service!!!
Stylist: Got a perm done by Dawn and it only gave me waves and was completely straight from the root all the way down to past my eyes. Went back to see if there was something I was doing wrong as far as styling to get it curly and no, I was doing things correctly. I asked to get it fixed and she wanted to re-charge me! How crazy is that, I pay for a perm for curly hair and only get waves yet I’m expected to pay again. There’s a big difference between curly hair and wavy hair yet to this salon it didn’t matter they only wanted to take my money. Now mind you, I spent $183 for the service and have spent money on other previous services there so it’s not like money is an issue on my end. Even as dawn was looking at my hair, stated “I never used these size rods before”. Why didn’t she state that the day of service?!? Only thing she said the day of service was “the bigger rods won’t get you a super tight curls (which I was fine with as I hate small tight curls) but you’ll definitely still get curly hair”. So disappointing especially when the salon claimed Dawn has experience with perms. Waste of $183.

I get my hair cut with Abby Grice and she is the best! She always makes my hair look so healthy and beautiful. She also is very kind and funny which makes the experience enjoyable.

Just had a wonderful experience with Abby Grice! She's so warm and friendly and patient. She carefully listened to exactly what I was hoping for in a cut and style. The end result was even better than I thought it would be!! I was amazed at how well she did the face framing cuts in addition to all the many layers in my shoulder length bob. Great Job Abby!!?? I look forward to seeing you for my next cut!?

I booked an appointment with Sandy at 11:45 on Saturday, and I received a text a few days before my appointment saying that my appointment with Sandy was at 10:30 although she now had a conflict with her schedule and could I see Abby instead at 10:45. I texted back Yes because I was at work and couldn’t really look at the text. But then later, after thinking about it, I called back and explained I wanted to see Sandy because I wanted someone with more experience to cut my hair. They said, “Not a problem” and told me I would see Abby at 10:45 for my color and Sandy at 11:45 for the cut . I repeated a few times and they said I would see Sandy at 11:45.When I got there, Abby thought she was cutting my hair and I explained to her I have an appointment with Sandy at 11:45. I then had to wait over an hour after I got my hair colored to see Sandy. Not one person came to apologize to me about the mix up with the schedule . They could care less. When I finally saw Sandy, It seemed like she was in a hurry to get my hair cut. . My hair was dry and she sprayed it with a water bottle to wet it.I told her three times that I wanted long layers .
The layers are so choppy and short, it looks so awful. I told her I do not like a lot of products in my hair, but she put so much product in my hair, it was like the top of my hair was glue. I wanted to go out right after my new hair cut and style to meet friends (and feel good about myself)but instead went home to wash my hair . I was very disappointed in my whole experience.

They forgot to informe me that i need to book 2 appointments if i don’t want to go home with a wet hait in winter. The price of a balayage does not include blow dry your hair… so they expect you to go home with a wet hair and without seeing how the colloring turned out
