Horrible. No one answers their phone. I don't believe this a legit or reputable business. Needs to be shut down ASAP!! I had an appointment on September 1st and my lab work was never sent over to my doctor office. As the patient why do we have to do all the leg work and do everyone else's job?!! I showed up early, got my blood drawn like I was supposed to!! To now be told my doctor never received anything from this company over a month ago. Inexcusable and unprofessional!! what a headache!

My wife and I were amazed by Dr. Malcolm and his staff, very professional. I was referred through my BCBS insurance as it is one of their top referred labs. After booking our appointments, we arrived 15 minutes earlier and was seen before our appointment time. We received the best customer service. The process was fast and simple. I gave the receptionist my insurance card and ID, she called me back and the phlebotomist (who was very skilled, didn't feel a thing!) drew my blood.The process was under 10 minutes. Results were faxed to my G.I. Doctor the next day. I highly recommend this facility!

First appointment was cancelled due to a call off so I rescheduled. Next appointment, no one was at the office, door locked. Fortunately Malcolm, from Integrative Diagnostics (apparently a co owner) answered my phone call and ran over for my blood draw, arriving to the office 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I asked multiple times if the results would make it to my doctor's office in 1.5 weeks and I was assured they would be. This morning I had my doctor's appointment and he did not receive the results. I tried calling Malcolm multiple times, the mailbox is full. I called the 1800 number for Integrative Diagnostics and the mailbox is full. Email...no response. I'm assuming my blood is in a dumpster somewhere. Hoping to receive a response after this negative review. My doctor wasn't happy with this service either. Until this is remedied, we will be passing the word (I'm in healthcare as well).

Dr. Lee is great. I highly recommend this place especially if you have children. I brought my daughter and Dr. Lee went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. I wish I could give Dr. Lee and Integrative Diagnostics 10 stars.

Amazing office, with amazing staff. Quick and easy process, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend. They offer blood work, covid-19 testing and pregnancy testing.

Excellent service by Cierra. We drove in to get our sample collected, she is very professional with her work. She took our samples perfectly and our results were delivered in less than 24 hours. Thanks again, I really appreciate your service and I will recommend anyone to get their test done here at integrative lab.

Great, fast and reliable service! Definitely a great experience and excellent customer service! Scheduled online appt and they provide drive up service which made it super convenient for someone who has little ones, the young lady was very professional and nice. Totally recommend!
