Love my doctor but this group needs to update their technology. They have no online appointment options and it takes forever to get through to a person via their phone system. Once you finally get through, the staff is helpful. I would recommend, just be ready for the hassle to get your appointments set up.

My husband had an appointment with Horodysky and the Dr. Immediately told him to go to hospital. He told my husband there was not going to be a charge for visit. We got a bill in mail, called about it and they told us the Dr. never said that. Very upsetting that they say one thing and then do another. And then it makes it look like you're the liar. Never going back there

The front desk of Hedges Clinic is genuinely the poorest admin group I've ever experienced. The only reason I've built up the volume of failures to reach this apex frustration is because I love my doctor, but that relationship simply can't exist any longer.Imagine being put on hold for 45 minutes. Then imagine someone picking up and saying "hello", with you replying "hello" back and them flatly hanging up on you. Then imagine calling back and being put back on hold. Last, imagine someone picking up the call 15 more minutes later, breathing, and then disconnecting you. That was my PRIOR apex incident. Even THEN, out of love for my doctor, I stuck with them but resolved to only book my appointments IN PERSON.That worked, once. I went in yesterday to book an appointment. I was told nothing was available today (NBD) but that I could see the nurse practitioner 'tomorrow' at 9:45AM. I happily take the appointment and move meetings in my personal life to make this work. So I walk in "tomorrow" and am promptly told there is no appointment for me, but one existed for "yesterday". I'm told the NP can't fit me in and that I can reschedule or go to urgent care. I plead that I've got a terrible chest cough and I truly just need a 5-10 minute visit to validate appropriate meds. Tough break pal.If you've taken the time to read this you need to take heed of my and other people's experiences--save yourself the time, energy and frustration and find another clinic.

I've been going to Hedges since 2004 and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are genuine and caring and listen to all of my questions to make sure everything is understood. I've personally seen Dr. Udovich, Dr. Olsen, and Dr. Horodysky and my children have been with Dr. Donausky long enough that one has aged out into adult care. I can't say enough good about them and their nurses. I now have my family members transferring their care to them and they've all been pleased. It's easy to get an appointment with the exception of school physicals which they do get backed up on, otherwise I have zero complaints!

Although I love my doctor, the front desk staff is so awful that I am going to find a new clinic. And it’s impossible to get through on the phone. After three strikes, I’m done.

Love my doctor, the nurses and the ladies at the front desk but the people in the lab are rude and unprofessional.

It took a couple minutes to get checked in, but once checked in I was taken right back to an exam room. Although I went in for a presurgical check I had been feeling sick the few days before going in. Dr. Mike listened to my concerns and addressed each. He tested me for two possibilities and they gave me results on the Covid test while I waited a few minutes. It was appreciated to get quick results and to have my concerns heard.

Tried to make an appointment with "my doctor " demartalare. Same issue as last year, a respiratory issue which he prescribed an inhaler .I was asked if I was vaccinated. After answering I was told that I can get a telehealth visit. I asked how can you listen to my lungs via computer? I was told that after the televisit I can meet someone in the parking lot.!!!! Wth?? What kind of back alley show is this? I hung up and immediately switched doctors. Now I can't be seen by the new doctor until may Probably better than hedges though I can't believe they're treating me, or anyone like this !!!It's 2023 the pandemic is over. I took a test .(negative) didn't matter to them. Omg still can't believe it!!!

Apparently if you have blood tests done and get the results directly, they don't need to call you to discuss the next steps for you in trying to figure out what's going on. I'll be finding myself a new GP.

Been a patient here since I was a child, now we take our children here. Staff listens and takes time with us and our kids.

Absolutely the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Not only is it impossible for them to send a simple prescription to a pharmacy, when you call 4 times to have it done, but when you have a problem they just hang up on you, Thanks Marie, very professional.

I just called and that nasty rude receptionist answered the phone. I think she said her name is Liza. Every time I call she always slams the phone when she hangs up and gives me an attitude like I was bothering her. All she had to do is connect my call how hard could that be? I love my nurse Amy and Dr. Johnson they are just the best but please hire a better receptionist!!

I went in to drop off a form to be competed by Dr. Mike. And pick it up a other day. There were 3 girls behind their computers. It was about 3:45 on July 28th. The first girl said she would be right with me. I waited and waited other people came in and walked up to the girls and got helped right away. I had to go to the 2nd girl to get someone to help me.They can't see over their computers. It was not an inviting situation. I've been going to Hedges since the 1970's

I’ve been at Hedges since 1982. Been seeing Dr Limon the last 5 years. Love her. Caring, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, reasonable wait time. I’ve ALWAYS been helped here. Grateful for care. (NEVER had an issue with the ladies at the front desk. Very cooperative, caring individuals.)
