“Always helpful people whenever I walk through the front door. A while back I would say almost overly helpful haha. Store is set up to make it very easy to find what you are looking for. Been a patron to this location for about 10 years. Never left without at least buying SOMETHING even if I couldn't find what I went there for.
Only thing to critique is that the past two times that I went, (three weeks apart) the customer service desk was not manned. Even though it was not very busy. So after standing there for a few minutes both times I had to find somebody who was scrolling on their phone a couple aisles away(first visit) to help me. Second visit I had to ask someone in the workshop near the help desk. No biggie though because both times they each took the time to help me find what I needed.”
