If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I took my son here for the first time yesterday to get a haircut and he received what seemed to by a newer stylist. He requested a 1 1/2 fade on the sides and the stylist had no clue as to what she was doing. At a certain point a more experienced stylist got involved and tried to fix what the other had messed up. But by then it was too late everything was uneven and it left my son extremely upset leaving me with the burden of the blame for suggesting this place. He wanted a haircut for school picture day and told me he'd rather wear a hat. This really hurt me as a parent and newer stylist should not be practicing on people's hair if they dont know what their doing. Not to mention the haircut wasnt cheap for $30 and the $5 tip I gave which was undeserved. The nightmare took an hour out of our Sunday as well which is the longest time I've ever seen a haircut for a boy take. Know your clientele and limitations as a stylist before trying to cut someones hair is my suggestion for the staff working here.

Ralinda is an excellent stylist. She is friendly and engaging. I also appreciate the colleagueship among the stylists at this location.

DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR! While getting my hair cut I repeatedly showed images / told the people how I wanted my hair, and they had no clue how to do it. and instead of telling me that they couldn't do it, they just continued on to cut it not only wrong but in the completely wrong style!! and worse is the people here don't listen to you even if you repeat to them 6 times not to do something!! I've been to lots of hair stylists/ barbers, and I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had!!!

I only go to get my eyebrows waxed. They are very nice and I am always a walk in. I did find my hair stylist at Hair Cuttery about 15 years ago. She now works out of her home. I hope I never need anyone else but I would go here if I did.
