We drove close to an hour to visit this location because it’s normally really nice. I have NEVER seen Goodwill this disorganized since the 1970s. NOTHING was in order of size. I was so disappointed because there was so much there but it would have taken hours and hours to dig through all of it.

The last few times I’ve been here I didn’t buy a thing. The place is a mess. Inventory is beat up and overpriced. Something is wrong with this goodwill. I’ve been to others and they were a totally different story.

Lots of interesting items here. Last time I racked up on some nice name brand shirts. Some of them were new.

Way too over priced. Stuff from dollar tree is priced at 2.99. An Ethernet cable that costs .99 across the street at staples is 4.99. Thrift stores are for saving money, not over paying

I found so many wonderful treasures here!! The store is very large, exceptionally clean and well organized. An employee named Barb was beyond helpful and kind. She wrapped everything carefully in paper and found 2 boxes for me to carry my heavy items out. She really went the extra mile and it really made aBig impact. So much so, I let my thrifting pals know this is a must go to destination.

Out of all the goodwill I've been to around the country, this one is definitely the most unorganized and messy. All the shelves just had stuff thrown on them with no order. So hard to look at items. Disappointed.

Love goodwill, but crazy about used clothing prices and price increases in general. I am seeing Ross and TJ maxx clothing used that are selling at brand new prices. Make that make sense??

Always hit or miss in finding things .. the pricing seems high for a second hand store

Always very friendly and helpful unloading your vehicle. Very easy to get too and open on the weekends.

Store looks good, found some good items, but costumer service was awful. Cashier, black American girl, was not nice..she don't tell me any word..just asked about rewads card. And if s store not having a shopping bag that can inform and give receipts and walk away.

I worked for Goodwill in Frankfort,IL almost a year as a retail supervisor. The work environment was toxic and not team driven. For example, I’m black and wear natural hairstyles and would constantly hear rude comments about how my hair doesn’t look well done. Someone was always trying to embarrass you about your completely appropriate attire when the assistant store manager wore torn shirts and thin leggings everyday that showed her undergarments. The store manager is dishonest and wrote false information on many reports. Proper communication at this place was non existent. I enjoyed working for a company with a mission, just wish working there wasn’t terrible most days. I don’t recommend working here unless you’re ready for the mental abuse.

Crazy they price mens jeans at $12.99 and up. Absolutely terrible. They will not be sold there and will end up at the Goodwill Outlet where they are going to be sold for $1.38 per pound. I have gone to the Goodwill Outlet recently and I have found mens jeans with the $12.99 price tag on them still. So much waste coming from a business that got rid of plastic bags "for the environment", and would rather keep mens jeans around and sell them for $1.38 at the Outlet store than to sell it for a reasonable $6.99 price which is where they used to be. It's not about the environment for them, it's about making MORE money. Goodwill has lost its touch and theres nothing "good" about Goodwill anymore.

The prices have gotten high but I guess that's due to Corona

Always love shopping at Goodwill. It's getting to be overpriced though and I look less and less forward to shipping their because of this. I mean, jeez, the items are donated. It's crazy asking retail.
