I have shopped at mini large stores, but this little store was cozy, quaint, and very beautiful. The layout was exceptional and I am super happy with all of the things that I purchased my lamp, my fireplace, my flowers, my vase. I bought a new home and I'm happy with everything I have filled from this beautiful store. Thank goodness for the new owners which have been here for almost a year. My issue was caused by a vendor that they have a contract with for delivery. He went above and to make everything right. I spent a few more dollars with his establishment. “What can I say, we had such a great experience with Kimmy. We had our three young children with us causing havoc and Kimmy was so patient. She wasn’t pushy and let us roam but was never to far if we had questions. I always feel overwhelmed shopping for furniture due to the salesperson either not giving you enough personal space to talk it over or if you don’t look like you have money to spend they don’t help at all. My son and I, both serious introverts, went to the Orland Park location to find a mattress for him. We were the only ones in the store, so were able to test out mattresses to our hearts content. It was strange to enter a mattress store and not be bombarded by sales people, for me (and probably most people) the worst part about shopping for furniture. HassleLess made shopping a dream. My son was able to pick a mattress and then we came home and ordered and by the next day the mattress, boxspring and pillow were here!
