“My sales person, Talley was absolutely accommodating and amazing. Her customer service skill sets are above par. I have shopped at mini large stores, but this little store was cozy, quaint, and very beautiful. The layout was exceptional and I am super happy with all of the things that I purchased my lamp, my fireplace, my flowers, my vase. “The place is enormous. The selection is seemingly neverending. Plenty of knowledgeable, helpful salespeople available but they aren't overbearing or pushy. Josh B helped with my sofa and coffee table purchase, and Muhammad helped my mother with her mattress purchase. They were both wonderful. “I was on a mission to find a recliner to take home the same day and I walked into the store and was greeted by Daniel F. who was very nice. I told him I was looking for a recliner to take home and he showed me one that was marked down on clearance and it just so happened to work perfectly for my needs even though I wasn't looking for a power recliner but it was just to nice to pass up on. I purchased it with a 5 year warranty because of it being powered and got it loaded up with Daniel's help and it was appreciated. I would suggest having more furniture that can be purchased and taken at that moment. Consider a clearance room of furniture that can be purchased and taken now. Thank you”

“I met with the sales manager in person and I'm really thankful I did. This is family establishment and he and his team have heats of gold. My issue was caused by a vendor that they have a contract with for delivery. He went above and to make everything right. I spent a few more dollars with his establishment. “When I first discovered HassleLess Mattress I was skeptical about how it would actually work, but I was blown away by the experience! My son and I, both serious introverts, went to the Orland Park location to find a mattress for him. We were the only ones in the store, so were able to test out mattresses to our hearts content. It was strange to enter a mattress store and not be bombarded by sales people, for me (and probably most people) the worst part about shopping for furniture. HassleLess made shopping a dream. My son was able to pick a mattress and then we came home and ordered and by the next day the mattress, boxspring and pillow were here! I'm looking forward to returning to shop for a mattress for my husband and I.”
