Dr. Zeleny and Dr. Hazekamp care for our dog like he was one of their own. The staff is always very friendly and happy to see Dakota each time he visits. Dakota has been happy and healthy his whole life thanks to Frankfort Animal Care.

My Morkie has been seeing the Dr's and staff since his rescue at 6 weeks. He isn't a social dog, but he's an angel is their compassionate care. At two years old, this is the only place I consider taking him. The front desk, assistants and doctors have been wonderful with ever interaction!

I had a great experience with Frankfort Animal Care Center. My baby girl ingested something (so we think) and was very lethargic and experiencing head tremors. I called about 7 places before I finally called them. Fortunately, they had an opening, so I was off the phone in 30 seconds and was at their door 15 minutes later. My dog, Frankie, needed an exam, x-rays, and blood work. All came back normal, so they went ahead and pushed IV fluids. A long 5 or so hours later, Frankie was doing so much better. Dr. Zeleny was great, and so was the rest of the staff. Frankie is my first dog, and I’m only 23 so emotions were high, but they were incredible with her. They made me feel at ease with leaving my baby at a clinic I had never been to before. Frankie & I thank you all so much!

Very pleasant experience. Female vet. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were reasonable.

My experience was excellent.
I am getting old and I would like it to be cheaper. I believe that the people who keep up with all the laws shouldn't have to pay about 1500.00 a year for there pet.
I would recommend this place for real it's outstanding ?

Highly recommend Frankfort animal care center. I can’t imagine even trying to go somewhere else and getting the same personable and caring service they provide my dog (Diesel) and I. They always have the animals best interest at hand and I trust them with my dogs care wholeheartedly.

DR. ZELENY is the best veterinarian you could ask for . He truly loves his work and pays great attention to matters of your furry friends. I highly recommend him.

Friendly staff . . .I dont know if making one phone call can Warrent 5 stars but the lady who answered the phone was so amazing . . . Traveling for my job Makes it hard to get appointments last minute . . I was.only in town for a few days and my rescue d9og a chihuahua named0 Gypsy. . Needed to get all her shots and be spayed and get her first makeover . .she was ( wish I could remember her name) she was diligent in looking for any opening or time avail . . To squeeze Gypsy in . . . . And then went out of her way to get me phone numbers of 3 other clinics in the area that might help. . . . Thank you. .

After transferring my baby from the Emergency Vet after surgery I thought I was doing the best thing for my cat. Yes, they took care of him but they seem to never be able to keep me updated. Call after call-- rudeness from staff. Staff telling me "I haven't been here for 3 days I don't know". Charged me for a pill dispenser after prescribing medication for a second time. I gave them 2 stars because they took care of my cat (so far as I am still waiting on a response from the Vet) but left me BLIND. Didn't teach me how to give my cat the medicine. Was rude to me at the counter when paying. And just because I asked for my cats records it "came across as if I wouldn't be returning". They definitely helped my cat as far as aftercare but caused me a lot of grief and anxiety when it came to knowing his condition and where he stood. Mind you the prices aren't cheap ok. They tell you they will call you and DONT!! Then when you call to check up again you are told you will be called by the doctor. She is SUPER busy with "scheduled appointments" or whatever have you as she should be-- but another Vet or someone with credentials needs to make the call backs for her. Obviously she cannot handle callbacks and appointments or else I wouldn't be making this post.
