Great place! The girls working there are nice and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job, both my daughters and son also go there. I have a 10 year old and she enjoys getting her hair cut there as well.

All of the ladies there do great work. It doesn’t really matter which stylist helps me. I have never had an issue with any service. I usually don’t talk much because it’s more of relaxation time for me, and they respect that. My autistic child has been there multiple times for a haircut and they are so great at making him comfortable.Services: Hair highlighting

I have had my hair styled twice by Kim. Both times, she has been terrific. I have a wedding coming up in Oct. this year and we have been trying different styles. Kim listens and is so open to one's ideas and is committed to the style that works best for my face shape. The first style was nice but I wanted curls a little looser, no problem at all Kim said and styled it just what I was looking for today. She is great and squeezed me in since I did not have an appointment. Highly recommend Kim.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this place!My hair is long and I was trying to transition from brunette to Gray. Kim the manager had all the answers and did an excellent job!I was begging her co-workers to let her take a break because of her energy level and her commitment to her clients.I will always return here ?

I went to Fantastic Sams on Frankfort last Saturday and Jeanette did color on roots only and a haircut. My hair cut was very uneven. The right side was way much longer than the left side and I couldn’t tell if layers were made on this side. I ended up going to another salon to get my hair fixed and cut properly. I am very unhappy and disappointed at this place. Jeanette made a horrible job and coming from a profesional this is not acceptable considering I payed more than $ 100dls. for the service.Services: Hair coloring
