It's a sad day when the pet store is open but I can't cash a check to feed my pet because all the branches close exactly at 5 pm when the rest of the world is just getting off of work! Thanks for nothing Chase!

Main issue is the parking lot very tight but once inside you will find friendly bank tellers

One of the few banks that still has more then a few people available at any particular time. The service is consistently excellent. It's evident that great service is part of the Chase culture.

Received a fraud alert via text. After attempting to resolve the issue with the Chase "call-center" (A terrible experience), I went into the Frankfort branch and received first rate service from Monica G. She went above and beyond to straighten things out. I am talking about thorough, comprehensive and detailed assistance. Thank you Chase Bank/Frankfort and thank you Monica.

Opened a checking here several years ago because my bank started charging for savings accounts below a certain amount. I have not been disappointed. Unlike my other bank they have not put fees on my account. I seriously thought about putting my money under my mattress like they used to do. Anyhow, Chase has friendly tellers and fast drive though service. They are everything you'd want from a bank.

I wanted to deposit money ($20) into my son's account. They wouldn't let me! They asked me if I was on the account with him, and I said no. She said that they changed their policy 2 years ago. It's ridiculous! I had my ID and his account #, and they still wouldn't let me. Also, very slow at this bank. Two tellers working and one was working the drive through window. It took 20 minutes for me to find out that I couldn't do it. And there was 6 people behind me waiting. Chase is a bank for wealthy people and giant corporations. If you don't have $500M in assets, don't bother. Bank at First Midwest Bank like we do. They take care of the little people like us.

The service at this Chase is top notch. We make sure to stop at this one on our way home from work because the service at the one by our home is terrible. If you are looking for a reliable Chase branch that is quick and has plenty of courteous staff for all your needs then this one is worth going to.

Pretty sweet Chase branch that has a drive thru, massive parking lot, and even a pond in it's front yard. When you're inside the features are pretty flattering as well. Free coffee, candies, and sweet-as-can-be suburban customer service. If I'm down this way I definitely don't mind popping in here to make a deposit or check my balance.
