I have gone to this bank branch for over 15 years, I was there today in fact. I have never had a bad experience !!! When my miniature yorkie was injured ( I had the vets note ) I was allowed to bring her in a pup carrier. I will always go there

The people here always seem to have an attitude problem or seem to not wamt to deal with the public. I'm sick of dealing with them. They aren't super busy most days and they always say what they can't do.

Worst bank ever! I wanted to transfer money out of my account and they wanted to charge me a fee when I’ve been banking there for over 30 years… I asked to speak to their manager who was conveniently out to lunch… I then asked for cash from one of my accounts and they rudely replied “you think you can walk in here and ask for that amount of money in cash?” The rudest people and the worst customer service ever! I am definitely taking all my money to a bank who will appreciate my business!!!

I told them I wanted to open a broker account. I It took them one week to email me. They asked what wanted to do. They never got back to, so after 20 years were going to start moving all our accounts somewhere else?

Took money out of my checking account for a wire transfer to the Netherlands. BMO Charged me $50.00 to complete the transfer. After 14 days the transfer was never completed! All the account numbers were checked and rechecked .. we all had the same numbers. When I asked Anthony to run a check to find out what the problem was, he said it would cost me money to run a check?? On the 14th day, and the transfer still not completed, I asked to just cancel the entire transaction and credit my checking account with the money that they withdrew. The branch manager “Melissa” said that there would be a charge to convert back to USDollars, and I won’t get all the money that they withdrew.; and since they did send it , I won’t get the $50.00 fee back! “BUT THE MONEY NEVER GOT TO ITS DESTINATION”....We’ve banked with BMO Harris for over 25 years and up until now, have been satisfied. Now, we will be looking for a bank that treats its customers the way they want to be treated.

All of the bank tellers are super friendly! I have closed my account and have gone with another bank, but definitely would be back if I lived in the area again.

Charged fee for cashing check on there own bank!
