BMO Harris sucks - a family member who manages affairs for another (90+) family member has to explain why BMO is suddenly charging for "statements" when they never have before. This elderly lady has no computer access, so it means she can't see something she has always been able to see before. I get that time marches on, but this is like being told there is a new fee for use of the chairs in a doctors waiting room. I'm telling them to switch banks.....

When you call the corporate bank number, wait times are over 20 minutes. When you go to the bank, not much better. With the exception of one YOUNG woman, tellers are rude. They act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. They only have 2 tellers, working. INCONVENIENT Going to avoid this branch.

This bank has changed over the years. They don't have any good rates and their management does not care. I was supposed to receive a call from the manager and she never did. I have been disrespected by this place for the last time. I will bank across the street at Old Plank.

The service at this location has gone downhill! I've banked at this branch my entire life. Service used to be great, but in recent years, it seems that the staff has been the least helpful as possible. Multiple times, they have mistakenly withdrawn money out of my account when it should've been out of a family member's account. Years ago, an employee at the branch would correct it. Now a days, they give you an 888 number to call, sit on hold for 20 minutes with, only to have them say there's nothing they can do about it. I will be closing my accounts with BMO Harris after 26 years of dedicated service with them.

We've banked here for almost 20 years. New mgmt sucks! They've shortened their hours without adding staff. Tried to make a deposit and waited in line 3 deep. Only 3 lanes open. About 2 years ago they added fees to many accounts. We moved our saving to chase across the street. Not sure how many folks will stick around for this latest change being there are soooo many banks in Frankfort.

Don't plan on coming in on a Saturday unless you like waiting. This is my 2nd time today (first time too many waiting to stay) and it's been 20 mins so far. All to get a document notarized (a 2 min process). When I suggested they have a 2nd notary I was told "she's on vacation". Bank hours are no good for people who work.
