Bank of America has always been very helpful. I have been with them for over 20 years and not once have I ever had problems with them. The employees from Frankfort branch are very professional thank you Bank of America for your service. I truly appreciate it. Especially all the employees from Frankfort Bank of America.

I’m getting tired of getting abandoned property letters for my children’s savings accounts! I got these accounts to “save” money for my kids, not to get threats it will get closed out and given to the state!

Seriously, I went to two different branches and it was a ghost town…. No employees!!!! Drive through was closed and the Frankfort literally had one teller and two other employees sitting at a desk doing god knows what. I WAS going to open up an account but after going to two different branches with no luck, I am definitely changing my mind.
