They found an issue on my car that other alignment business missed and that issue could have turned into a real disaster that could have done some real damage and injury. They were quick to notify me of the issues and are now in the process of getting the parts to fix the issues and get my car back on the road as fast as they can.”

“Seems like a good business. I had inquired about getting an oil change as I heard such great things about this shop. I was told I could come by in the afternoon the day before. Before heading over I called and was told that in fact they couldn’t do an oil change in the afternoon. I will try them out again in the future and update this review.”

“First experience with Ed was over a year ago with my previous vehicle when he was to do a diagnostic on the transmission. Car ended up dying on the way to Pashco, 3 blocks shy of reaching their driveway. When we finally got the car into his shop and after he did an evaluation + estimate of repairs he did not hesitate to be upfront and honest that we should not waste our money saving the car because it's not worth it and to use that money as a down-payment on a new car. Also suggested we needed to get rid of that car and add6 fast as possible.Since then the wife has only been taking her car + her company fleet of work trucks and vans to Pashco.We did finally replace my vehicle and I do not drive much any more due to medical issues so maintenance is far and few between now on my car, but as of late I also have started taking my car only to Pascho.”

“I used Tire Tracks in Frankfort about 7 years ago and was very pleased with everything the guys did at that time. I haven't had a reason to seek any automotive help since then but recently needed one of my TPMS units replaced in one of my tires. I went there and had to come back only an hour and a half later and the repair was handled quickly! Before they were done I thought of a tire rotation as an afterthought and even though the technician had my truck already down off the rack he put it back up and did the rotation with no complaining. The guys who handle the front office are very attentive to their customers as I sat and watched them handle 6 or 7 people and never missed a step. And their prices are very fair!! Good service, good techs, good pricing, couldn't be much better!!!”

“Ed, who owns Frankfort Muffler & Auto Repair, is a long time, very experienced auto mechanic. He knows his stuff! He has been at the Frankfort, IL location since 1991, and prior to that he worked for a few other auto repair businesses. Today, January 30, 2024, Ed replaced an exhaust flex pipe on my Toyota Camry. He did a great job, and now the engine, which had been very loud, is running much quieter. I am happy that I found Frankfort Muffler & Auto Repair.”

“Last Friday my son's air conditioner went out in his 2011 Acura RDX. My wife called last Friday at 3pm and asked if he could look at at. We live in Orland and drove it to G Force in Frankfort and got there at 3:45pm. The owner was waiting and was confident that he could fix it in 1 hour. Amazing we got back at 4:45pm, the air conditioner was fixed and charged blowing cold air once again. It was perfect timing because my son had to go back to college at Michigan State University. Great Service and really helped us in a time crunch. pricing was fair and we are extremely happy!!! We would highly recommend GForce in Frankfort!!!”

“Ive been going here for years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today ! I don't know if it is new ownership but it looks like all new staff who were so fricken amazing ! Their pos system was down today but the store manager took care of everything with no problem. I also came here after going to the social security office so I was very shaken and the girl who did my oil change was so nice and explained every step to me which has never once been my experience here before ! Everyone said bye to me by name as I left... man 6/5 stars”

And I asked about something on my car I was concerned about, and didn't get an answer until I remembered and went back in to find out and to get my wash. They're much better than Bill Kay. I live half a mile from Bill Kay and instead, I drive 10 miles away.”

“Through a series of unfortunate incidents I found myself in a out of town experience with Currie Ford. Currie was extremely sympathetic and very helpful. While I was waiting for parts to be delivered I found another truck that I liked they actually cut me a great deal so I could get home and get back to my schedule. Before I found the other truck Currie treated me like a king driving me where I needed to be and updating me regularly. Very professional from the sales staff to people that drove me to were I needed to go and giving me a loaner. Can't recommend them anymore because 100% is the best I can give them. Good going for a great Ford team from the porters to the managers very pleasant experience for a visitor from out of town. I don't know how the could've treated a repeat customer any better.Thank you Currie Ford and all the employees Don Esler”
