Thank you Frankfort auto-clinic! Somehow got a huge nail in my tire and had to have my car towed in. They were professional and kind, and the service was fast. Maria and Kayla at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I will be coming back for future car maintenance needs.

i can't say enough about the Auto Clinic their service is beyond fantastic and they are the most professional and honest shop in the area !!! been a customer for over 15 years and not once had a problem .last Saturday i needed a last minute oil change and i know Saturdays they are slammed i called around 11am i talked to Maria and within 5 mins of our conversation she told me come in and they would handle it needless to say i arrive they got me right in and out within 20 minutes only place ill ever goto for my vehicles to be serviced !!!!

I have been bringing my last 3 vehicles to the auto clinic over the last 10 years and have received the most amazing service thus far. I’ve tried several other shops or dealerships and they are always trying to upsell or give me things i don’t need because I am a female. I am so grateful to have found the auto clinic to take care of my family cars, and not feel bullied into things that my car doesn’t need! Thank you so much to Kel and all of the employees at the Auto Clinic!

Five Star – here’s why. Auto Clinic is in my neighborhood. Early 2023 I dropped my car off for exhaust repair work. Auto Clinic mechanics directed me back to the dealer as this was likely a warranty issue. (Turns out it WAS, so this repair cost me nothing.) March 2024 during regular service my Kia dealer reported I needed new brakes all around IMMEDIATELY (and quoted a very high fee). Decided I should go back to Auto Clinic – again they declined the work telling me I wouldn’t need brake replacement for months. They were right. September 2024 I DID need brake work, Auto Clinic did the job at a way better price. It was a quick and easy, hassle-free experience, thanks to Kayla and the team at Auto Clinic. Highly recommend.

This place is a rip off!! They told me I needed a radiator hose, alternator , new battery so many others things that I didn’t add up so they said they wanted 1500$ for thoses minor work then they said customers can’t buy their own parts so I said “hell no” I took it to another mechanic and my car just needed a battery and a 5 minute radiator replacement and another shop charged me 300$ for everything while this place wanted to charge 1,500$ it’s weird lame and devious trying to finesse. BE AWARE GET SCAMMED IF YALL LIKE. ..The front desk lady Kayla is nice but y’all still rip off ..someone being nice is covering up the motive. They gonna charge y’all 1,500$ just for a battery like how did they me

The Auto Clinic has been so helpful and Kayla has been amazing! She is so friendly and knowledgeable and will always make time to help me out in a pinch. I’ve had a couple of issues with my Volkswagen recently and she has squeezed me in both times I needed an “emergency” check up! Highly recommend ?

Went for second option on my jeep because I went for an oil change at bettenhausen and they said I had a $2400 leak. Went to auto clinic and they said my jeep is absolutely fine with no leak. Very honest people working here, will go to them from now on for anything I need.
