So far everything is going well. I haven’t had a lot of contact which is a good thing. I recently switched to the Milewise plan and so far it’s working for me. I get messages when it is time to charge my card which is great so I can keep up with it. No complaints! Thanks

This is the worst experience that I have had with an insurance company.I get notified of agent change and that agent doesn't bother to return messages. I have had Allstate for over 10 years and they system screws up my auto payment. I never received a notice and my policy gets canceled. I send messages to find out what happened and no reply. Call main line and find out that since it was canceled I can no longer be insured until I go somewhere else then come back after 6 months. I will be removing all of my policies from this company and will make sure everyone knows what kind of service is being done by Allstate.
