Matthew got me in on the same day that I called during a holiday weekend. He cut his lunch short to meet me at the office to fit me in. That is quality service. I obviously wish he ate and had his break but I was so appreciative of his ability to squeeze me in especially on a holiday weekend. Furthermore he called and got my MRI approved in minutes when the doctors office said it may take a few days. The machine itself was so wonderful. I have had numerous MRIs I didn't even need headphones the machine is updated and much quieter. It is also open. They also give you the disc free of charge on the appointment day. Reports are generated in 24 to 48 hours and upon request they can email you the report when available. From years and years of having imaging done this was a very pleasent experience. I highly recommend their services. Thank you again Accelerated !

Just had my MRI here and it went so much better than I expected. The team is awesome, super friendly and they really go out of their way to make you feel comfy. The place is spotless and feels pretty high-tech but still welcoming. The tech who did my scan was great at explaining things without all the medical jargon, which honestly helped me relax. I got my results quick too, and the follow-up was clear and helpful. Big thumbs up to everyone!

For someone that’s uncomfortable in medical settings, the staff was so kind and welcoming. The establishment was clean and well ran. It made my experience soooo much better! Thank you again for the care I received !

I had my third MRI done this past Monday. Maher is wonderful.Caring, compassionate,and understanding. My first time there ,I had a panic attack. He held my hand and kept talking to me. This third one was a breeze.This facility should have 10 Gold stars and him 20.

This was my 2nd attempt at a Brain MRI and I can't give enough stars or praise to this facility. The technician was very patient and understanding and kept me inform the whole way. My first attempt at a different facility lasted 5 minutes- I couldn't do it. I found this open Mri facility and the 2 hours went faster than the 5 minutes on the prior one. If you need an MRI this is the place to go!

This was a great experience, from making the appointment, having the imaging and a quick turn around to recieve the report.The MRI tech, Maher, was excellent. I currently have some mobility issues and Maher helped me on and off the MRI so gently. He explained everything before he did it and was able to answer all my questions accurately...and with a smile. He insured my comfort with blankets/pillows. The results came quickly, just as Maher had told me. Based on this experience, I can recommend Accelerated Open MRI in Frankfort with confidence.
