“Couldn't find a listing for the branch in Naperville, so posting here. The one I visited is on Washington Street near Trader Joe's. I needed to do some banking. The old fashioned kind where you need to speak with an actual person, not an ATM. I popped into Busey and was greeted by a teller named Karyn Ross. She was awesome! Helped me with what I needed (thanks again Karyn!) and then gave me a gentle sales pitch about their bank. It's a new Midwest bank, and it felt very much like the kind of place you'd get good service like we did before the mega banks took over. Unfortunately we are moving out of state, otherwise Busey would have had a new customer! I recommend them!”
“My experience has been nothing short of pleasurable. The bank is never crowded. The tellers are always helpful and polite. And opening an account was a breeze. I have banked and still bank with one of the big three. I prefer banking at Markham Bank & Trust over my other bank. As a matter of fact , I'm seriously thinking about transferring all of money to Markham Bank & Trust. And last but not least the checking account I have does not charge ATM fee's for going to non Markham Bank ATM's. That's right I can go to any ATM in the contiguous United States and not pay a dime. The fee's the ATM charges is credited back to your account, usually on the same business day as your transaction depending on the time of your transaction. I love Markham Bank & Trust.”
“Every time I call or go into the branch in Frankfort I am met with friendly, very helpful bankers. They take the time to explain and answer any questions I have. They have fantastic savings, CD, and checking options. Their online banking is very easy to use. And, unlike other banks, they have coin counters for my kids to turn in their change without having to pay a fee. Thank you!”

“Normally I would give you 5 stars, but not today. Had to do a wire transfer and I Frank would get bifocals he wouldn't have to take his glasses on and off and get something done. He needs to learn his job. Melanie and Sam were very helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had a bad experience, and something that needed to be perfect.After we were home, Melanie called and told me that every thing went through and our closing will be a go tomorrow (not thanks to Frank!)”

The tellers are all terrific, and the personal bankers like Judy is terrific and the bank manager at the bank on Lagrange Road Joe he's a terrific guy to so if you want to bank where everybody is nice and willing to help you this is the place for you, if you want to bank where there's bitchy people try a different place. “We have been doing banking with NuMark for over 25 years. We’ve have multiple car loans, checking, & savings. In-person transactions have always been great but a recent experience with fraud against our main account has solidified keeping our personal business with NuMark. Irma phoned me after 5 pm on Friday night with a potential fraudulent transaction with an altered check. That alone saved us a lot of problems snowballing from the altered check. Rhonda followed up with me the following business day and gave us specific steps of how to resolve this. At the Tinley Park location, Meghan professionally walked us through each step getting us back in business with our account. Way to go, NuMark!”
