waited at the checkout counter several minutes, being ignored by the staff, not even, I will be with you in a moment. The women at the checkout counter was so rude and offered no apology for the delay in being recognized. She could not be bothered to answer my questions. Her response was, I am not familiar with that card. Well, I think she should become familiar with that card because it saved me over 50.00. In fact, it probably would be beneficial to have this women go through a training program in customer service, and become more familiar with the different insurance programs that are offered for over the counter items. I have never met a person that seemed so unhappy in her job. Perhaps it is a staffing issue.

Horrible store, horrible customer service, Georgia, the manager, has horrible customer service don’t shop here unless you want to have a bad day, made me wait an unreasonable amount of time because she was talking to someone, 0/10

Always running out of my medication. They don't make sure this common medication is in stock. The pharmacist don't care about their patients!

Slowest pharmacy ever!!!Went to pick up amoxicillin for my 2 yr old an hour after we left her doctor appointment giving the pharmacy plenty of time to mix it. Waited in a long line to be told they needed more time. I said I’d wait - the lady said it would take min 20 mins (it’s amoxicillin). So I left and came back 30 mins later - meanwhile I have a miserable screaming 2yr old. I go to pick it up and I’m told “hold on we have to go mix it.” So I waited 10 mins for them to get the prescription ready. I pay and I’m told I need to wait for the pharmacist to come talk to me about the medication. They had me wait for 5 mins and state the pharmacist was on an extended call - I said that we have had amoxicillin before and are aware how to take it!!! Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened to me here..What a joke! The pharmacy staff is rude and has zero consideration for anyone else’s time. No apologies no urgency. Go elsewhere if you can!

Rude, disorganized, and incompetent. I went in to fill a prescription for my sick daughter and was told that their system would take 40 minutes or so to process the order from the doctor. I called my doctor and they said that location has been having issues with their system (I wish they would’ve told me this before they sent it there) but they would just fax over the order so I can get it filled right away. I told the pharmacy worker that they would be faxing it instead and they replied it would still take 40+ minutes for them to process it. So I could wait or go someplace else.Since I was there and all of their Christmas stuff was discounted, I grabbed a few gift bags from the 70% off rack, they were all generic, looking red bags. When I go to check out, I was told that two out of the three are full price, Valentine’s Day gift bags. I asked them to be removed from my order, but the clerk didn’t know how to do that and looked around helplessly so I said, forget it and just purchased them all at full price rather than having to wait there any longer.While exiting that location, another customer came in and asked one of the employees where the pharmacy is. They responded it’s by the pharmaceuticals. How helpful!

Very rude pharmacy department in person and on the phone . Never on time was promised to have ready at noon i showed up 1230 they say wont be ready till 2pm then said we do uave other meds to fill ok yes i understand yes i know theres other people to be filled im here now when you told me to come but oh well shame on me for giving them another shot now back to the further walgreens with much more friendly staff

The worst pharmacy customer service. I called to ask a question and whomever answered the phone in the pharmacy did not state her name and/or title. I was looking to speak directly to a pharmacist and that is what I stated when I called. When she answered I did assume it was the pharmacist but I should have double checked. I just called to ask a question and the girl cut me off before I got a chance to finish my sentence. Definitely will not be using this Walgreens in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jessica at this Fox River Grove Walgreens. She helped me find what I was looking for and then she rang me up all while having a very positive and friendly attitude. Walgreens needs more people like her.
