Good service helpful helped me pack my Amazon returns but made me pay a few bucks for packaging when it’s supposed to be free Amazon states no box required just a QR code which I had so idk maybe the employee was new but he was still professional and nice and helped me out but think he didn’t fully understand how the Amazon returns work guessing he’s new

Everyone there has been extremely helpful and polite! When I have had numerous boxes, they helped me to bring them in from my vehicle. They are my “go-to” UPS store.

I am very unhappy with the service that was provided at this UPS store specifically with the Express shipping option. I had a very important document that needed to be express shipped, and The man working here wrote the apartment number in the wrong spot, which delayed my package from being delivered from the promised “Friday by 5pm” to “Monday by 5pm”!!!!! It cost 75$ for express shipping and it was NOT express because of the employee making a mistake! I reached out to customer service and they were unhelpful, but this needs to be resolved to avoid the issue from happening to anyone else in the future and staff should be properly trained on how and where to write an address on a package.

I came one morning and was incredibly disappointed at the service I received. Before I got to the counter I was already anxious to be helped because the middle aged Indian man was being extremely short tempered and unhelpful to the other people ahead of me. I made a mistake with my return and selected the one needing packaging. The man at the counter pointed angrily at my phone screen and didn’t explain anything to me. I left very confused and had to go to a different UPS store for them to explain what I did wrong and how to fix it. I do not see myself ever coming back to this store after the experience. Which is a shame because I was also going to print flyers but took my business elsewhere. I would love to come back here because it’s the closest store but refuse unless I come when that man is not there

Had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. Customer service has fallen to rock bottom! I don’t know what happened, because this used to be my go to UPS Store. The sales associate working Thursday morning was exceptionally rude, was giving me a lecture about small businesses surviving, because I literally asked for three pieces of tape. I hope he’s happy with his great business skills, because he has lost a customer for being rude, pushy and obnoxious. Made me feel as if I was bothering him rather than I came to postal service to send my packages. I hope the manager of this store sees this review and does some proper employee training!

The employee I dealt today was the only one at the store and knew nothing about the order I placed 4 days ago. Drew was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, fast and a pro!!! He single-handedly attended to everyone’s needs and finished my order. Everyone who left the store were very satisfied with Drew’s service. He needs a huge shout out, UPS needs more employees like Drew!!
