I always have a great experience when I come here. The employees go out of their way to assist me and provide exceptional customer service. They are also very quick making it convenient for me to get back to work.

Had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. Customer service has fallen to rock bottom! I don’t know what happened, because this used to be my go to UPS Store. The sales associate working Thursday morning was exceptionally rude, was giving me a lecture about small businesses surviving, because I literally asked for three pieces of tape. I hope he’s happy with his great business skills, because he has lost a customer for being rude, pushy and obnoxious. Made me feel as if I was bothering him rather than I came to postal service to send my packages. I hope the manager of this store sees this review and does some proper employee training!

The employee I dealt today was the only one at the store and knew nothing about the order I placed 4 days ago. Drew was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, fast and a pro!!! He single-handedly attended to everyone’s needs and finished my order. Everyone who left the store were very satisfied with Drew’s service. He needs a huge shout out, UPS needs more employees like Drew!!

Got there to return an Amazon item, emailed the code for the return packaging, they said it takes some time to go through and that their owner doesn't have their own wifi so they can't get emails sometimes. there was a couple other people that emailed things they needed printed and had to leave because they couldn't get it. Waited for about a half hour before giving up and going to a different ups store. The owner needs to get his priorities straight. The staff was unhelpful, I will not be back.

They took my father for a ride who has severe learning disability. Slapped a surcharge on a next day air of about 30% that it's cheaper to print the label online. The rationale "well he just walked in and I need to pay my electric bills and rent." Also said that two-day air wasn't available even though online it said it was.Dirty Business.Fortunately the merit of my arguments against his rationale was stronger and so a refund was issued.Bottom line is make sure you print every label online and only drop off at this place. Avoid ever being a walk-in. They will mislead you and take you for a ride to hit a 30% surcharge for just printing label out at any chance possible because, well.... in his own words he said "I have to pay my electric bills and rent."Dirty dirty dirty.

The technical proficiency of the staff is quite high, but on a people-to-people level doing business at 4917 is like walking into a refrigerator. The three most recent experiences in this store, all with the same chick, have me looking elsewhere to accomplish my shipping needs. Good product, fairly priced, and well presented could be as readily provided by a kiosk and a disembodied voice. Definitely not going back to 4917.

Store associate was extremely helpful. Stopped in to make some Amazon returns and needed a box. They had everything I needed and the pricing wasn't bad. Returns were scanned and received.

I would not recommend this location for your shipping needs. Items arrived damaged and it was a nightmare to get the insurance paid. Took four months of me calling every week to get nowhere. Take my advice and go to another establishment. On a positive note Juan was helpful and I attribute him getting involved to obtaining my refund.

The staff was fast and friendly. Was a bit disappointed they charged me $2.00 to print an address label. Not the end of the word.

Last year, I placed an order for 50 newspaper-style prints for my grandparents' 70th anniversary. The staff members were very friendly and helpful in showing me the different options. Bryan kept me updated when there was a problem with their printer and went above and beyond to ensure my order was ready on time and of the highest quality. I really appreciated their excellent customer service with an order that was very important to me.

I took a rare set of China made in Japan b4 occupation to UPS to be delivered to my nephew fir his wedding present. Now according to UPS motto "we pack it we ship it it is guaranteed satisfaction". My nephew and his fiance recieved the China damaged. They did not break plates which I have extra of they broke the lid to the soup tureen (so far unreplaceable, the gravey boat, the sugar bowl. Not only that they broke the crystal wine glasses dated back to the 1920's. I notified the manager of the damage. He wanted me to send pictures of the items(done), pictures of the box looks like it was dropped kicked, (sent) box not labeled fragile. Who ships China without labeling it FRAGILE. The pictures of packaging (sent). These were mailed in August to be delivered on the 26th(later) My nephew recieved it damaged, I filed a claim in Sept 2021 and they still are sitting on it ckaimingvits corporate. I Called corporate and the pictures sent to Brian store manager were not forwarded to corporate claims. Called today they are not even answering their phones. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO FOX RIVER GROVE UPS Store. They are NOT efficient or honest you choose
