First off, this store is not a corporate store. They are franchise owned. I came in prior to Christmas to get my daughter an iPad. When they shipped it to my house I had 3 tracker devices (that I never ordered) with the tablet. I had to call tmobile to cancel the devices and call the store to get a refund on the money that was charged to open lines for the devices. Justin the manager told me he'd send a shipping box to return the trackers. I never received anything . I went to a different tmobile to return and had to pay $60 for restocking fee. That store manager said that they're a non corporate store and they often add items that you didn't order that are commission based for them as a tactic to make more money in hopes that you'll just keep the item. I called Justin and he said he would credit my account the $60 for my troubles and give me an additional $20 credit for having to run out. 2 months has gone by with no credit. I called Justin a couple of times to get excuses about how he forgot or I didn't remind him. Do yourself a favor and choose a corporate store. The wait might be longer, but they don't play games with you. They don't add items that you didn't ask for to your order.

Justin Hill the store manager absolutely took advantage and lied to me and my mother. I took my 78 year old mom to TMobile two days after Mothers Day to convert her over from a Flip Phone to a Smart Phone. Justin promised he could add her line to me and my husbands plan for an additional $20 a month and that was a lie. We are paying $35 a month. Furthermore he said, "It's customer Appreciation Day every Tuesday and these things are free". . he gave us hats, bags and 3 trackers. I asked why these things were free and if there was any fee for them, Justin said no and that they always give stuff away on Tuesday. When me and my mom got home we unpacked her stuff and I noticed I only got page 1 of 5 of the invoice, I called the store within an hour of leaving and asked about pages 2 - 5. Justin said its all contract language there's no numbers $$ on it. I TRUSTED him - My Mistake. We than played with the tracking devices, which was unknown to me at the time but that activated them to become additional MONTHLY FEES! I've been calling Justin every month since I got my May 20th bill each and everytime he promises to issue me a credit and tell me to keep the trackers that he will make them free on the bill. Justin delivered one credit in June, so I believed him, than nothing in July, than another credit in August. When credit didn't appear in July, I called Corporate and they told us to return the trackers, but they could not take care of the other issues Justin promised, so than I called Justin and he told us Absolutely Do Not Return the Trackers I will take care of this for you and then we got another credit in August, after August Nothing. He will not return any of my calls and corporate will not help. This is complete FRAUD and the fact that Justin has issued Credits, which shows he acted on taking care of this makes it a case. I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I've learned that Justin has a habit of doing this to customers and this is why TMOBILE has moved him to the Fox River Grove Store. I wonder how many times he's been moved and if the reason Justin told us not to return the trackers is because he is getting a commission on them. . Shame on TMobile for not intervening and SHAME on Justin Hill. Be Careful.

Great service from all the staff we have encountered through the years at this T-Mobile location. They show extreme patience, courtesy and graciousness dealing with their clients, many who are not tech-savvy to deal with gadgets.

There are many TMobile stores where we live but we always come to the Fox River Grove location because of great service, Matt and Danny informed us of the new promotions . They explained in detail and were very patient and professional setting up our devices. There are many TMobile locations but it's all about customer service.

Horrible store. Brandon and Jose should be given way more credit than what's been handed to them. They're the only helpful people in the store. One time, came in to look at phones, wasn't even thinking of buying yet. Matt (manager) comes up to me and pushes me further and further to buy a phone, wouldn't get it through his head that I said "NO" so I left.Came back a different day to talk with Brandon about possible deals going on in the store, was approached by Matt again because Brandon was with another customer. Matt asked if I needed anything, I told him no (because of our bad experience) and as he walked away I heard him mutter "d*ke" under his breath.Brandon was then able to help me understand the deals available and Matt storms over saying none of those deals were right, even though I was comparing them to the website??? I hope this store closes down in the next year. Better yet…fire Matt and give Brandon the position or get someone better

I would give zero stars but it won’t let me review if I do. I came into their store to upgrade my line. They outright lied to me about the availability of the offer that I came in for. When I called T-Mobile customer service to complain that their website had the wrong info, the rep told me that the store was incorrect. He called the store to discuss it with them and the person who answered lied about having talked to me, telling the rep that of course they could honor the promotion. The rep was going to conference us so that I could hear for myself that they could give me the offer and the guy in the store hung up. We both heard him hang up. When the rep called them back they told him that they were selling the phone right then. This is preposterous. The store was completely dead, no cars outside, and I had left ten minutes ago. These people are liars. Turns out they aren’t even really T-Mobile run store. They are an “authorized retailer”.

Matt and Brandon are professional and very helpful. They easily solve issues. Just changed to T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. Everything installed without problems. Lose your cable, I wish we did this change sooner.

Matt and Brandon took there time with me in setting up my new business account. I even got 3 tracking devices from them. I will love using these to track my workforce on the job sites. Goodbye ATT. I couldn't be more happy

Went in today for a smart phone replacement and Brandon was veryhelpful. I knew that he was new hire, but he handled himself very well and really knowledgeable. about the product that I purchased. Keep up the good work guys
