We took my son yesterday for a hair cut. He has really curly hair that was pretty long on top. We asked for a "trim" and I emphasized he did not want a lot cut off. When he was down he came out and I was shocked. She literally buzzed off most of his hair to maybe only a half inch long and cut off every curl. All he wanted was his neck and the sides trimmed down and a little cutOff the top. Nothing like what we wanted or asked for. He was so upset and the stylist just said "well it was scruffy so we had to clean it up ". The poor kid is just beside himself since everyone talks about his awesome hair and now he barely has any!!! He cried for hours last night and this morning walking into school. I don't understand how a trim means to take all the hair off!! We will never go back.Service: Haircut

I went to get a haircut here today ~10 minutes after it opened. I had been putting this visit off for weeks, but I’m glad I came in! The woman cutting my hair was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable, gave me updates on the cut (I have glasses which I had to take off, makes it much more difficult to keep tabs when you can’t see haha) and told me details on individual parts she was cutting and what it would benefit. I wish I was better at remembering names, so I could recognize her specifically… Either way, I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning!Service: Haircut

We've come 3 times with our boys to get hair cuts and every time they are either short staffed or closed for no reason. We came Wednesday. Hours are 12-7. It was closed at 230p. Ridiculous. I'm not sure what's going on but it's very annoying.Service: Haircut

Booked an appointment at 3:40 and showed up and was told they close at 4. Online hours show they’re open til 5 pm. Drove out 15 minutes and wasted my time. Call in before you show up.

I highly recommend Martha for a hair cut she also has a great personality made me feel very welcome and will be returning for more hair cuts with her plus the place was very clean as well.

Worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. One older lady working, acting like she does not want be there. I’m so happy to know this now because I’ve always wondered if I should go in and spend my money here…lol guess not!

A bit short staffed causing a longer wait, but Angel was great. Great communication, and cut and styled my hair exactly as I asked. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely come here again.
