After doing business with this particular location for many years it’s definitely time for a review! Being employed as a professional painter you visit many paint stores and this one goes above and beyond! From the little hard candies and complimentary coffee, to the Gatorade and water offered on hot days. This store will make sure you are educated and loaded with everything you need to get the job done. They not only emptied one of their displays to provide me an additional 5 gallon bucket I needed but even threw it in no charge! Always on point with color matches and knowledge given as well. The friendly service and commitment to helping out their customers is what keeps me coming back to this exact location every time! Keep it up guys!

I've used this store for deck stain and interior trim paint. Cameron and Ian did a wonderful job matching the color of my original trim paint. They were very knowledgeable and deliberate about the color match. Everyone is friendly and experienced. The store is on the 1st floor, handicapped accessible parking is available. The store is easily seen from Rt-14/NW Highway.

Have shopped at the Fox River Grove Sherwin-williams store several times over last few years. Their customer service is great, they ask pertinent questions to suggest proper products, have time to assist the customer.Other stores have the same product, but it's the customer service that stands out.
