This is the second time I have brought my car to Douglas Auto. They drive me home and pick me up which is such an amazing option. Especially since the repairs are excellent and the prices are beyond fair. It’s nice to not have to worry about being treated fairly.

Car a/c went out during a hot/ humid span of weather. Went to Douglas Automotive at 4pm. Sean scheduled repair for the next morning. A/c fixed and running by noon. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend Sean and crew. Will definitely use them again on the future should the need arise.

Dave was very helpful and professional. On rather minimal information, they were able to diagnose the primary issue and fix it. There was an unforeseen issue which required parts not on hand and resulted in the car being kept overnight, but Dave kept in communication with us. Overall, a few days out from the servicing, I'm very satisfied.
