Replaced passenger door rear view mirror with lane watch camera. Returned vehicle with camera inoperative due to incomplete alignment. Told me to take it to the dealership at my own additional expense. If you have to hire Manny, Don’t pay until you confirm everything is right !Service: Body & Trim

Great father-son team, replaced a broken outer door handle on my Toyota, and when they found an issue with the inner door handle as well, ordered the part the same day and got both repaired right away. Discussed all pricing and work up front, and kept to their quoted price even when they had to order another part, which was a pleasant surprise. Very reasonable rates, personable staff, and excellent work. I am planning to go in for rust repair as well because of my good experience with this business, and will use them for any body work in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Second, he had a really good communication. He keeps in touch and makes sure that everything goes well and you are happy with it. Third, he has amazing experience and super professional that he can answer all questions I had. I’m also happy that he makes sure that the color of my bumper match with my car color because from the vin number was wrong. So he took time to get the bumper repainted to get it like. A rock chip on my door turned into a bit of paint missing from my Toyota Tacoma. Emanuel was quick to respond to me with a quote, and even quicker to get my door repaired, even on a weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better service, and while I hope I don't need any body repairs in the immediate future, I can be certain that I'll be returning to Balleno if the need arises. I was looking to get the glass for an exterior rear view mirror fixed. Many places that I called and even stopped by wouldn’t touch it unless I agreed to replace the entire mirror housing. An actual dealership quoted $840. I came across Balleno Autobody Solutions in Lake In The Hills as I grew tired of shopping around and Emanuel did not hesitate to do it. He was extremely professional, honest, and researched the best cost effective option for me.He’s got a loyal customer.
