Great guy, Bill, easy to work with. Easiest vehicle purchase ever. Had to correct info on paperwork and he was great about it. Went out of his way to accommodate us. Would definitely buy here again. Very nice guy, not rude or pushy

The guy I dealt with was DEFINITELY not a salesperson. 1st I called him and asked 1 question about a truck I was interested in, does it go in a straight line @ 65? His answer, I've only had it to 63...so I decided to go look at it anyway. When I got to his location. I wasn't greated with a latte or sparkling water, nothing. So I see the truck, like it he would barely come down in price, even though everything I looked at was 2 to 3 thousand more! All I got to say, is this used truck I bought better last me at least 10 more years, or I'm going right back there and buying another one.

I found the perfect vehicle for my family but couldn't come and pick it up for two days because it was a four hour drive for me. Bill, the sales associate, promised me that they would save the car for two days. I received a call the next day saying they sold it out from underneath me for a higher price without giving me a chance to counter offer. I wish businesses would stand by their word.

I think the salesmans name is Bill. Sorry I used the wrong word, he should be a salesman. Needs a lesson in salesmanship and communication. Rude and really doesn't want to be there. Drove 1-1/2 hrs to see car, then he wouldn't show car because he must have woken up wrong that morning

Dealership not recommended. Talked over the phone with a guy named Bill at Auto Audits Inc. We agreed on a price for a vehicle on Tuesday morning and I said that my wife and I would come pick up it up around noon the next day which is when the dealership is open for business on Wednesdays. Bill said he wouldn't take an out of state personal check, only cash or a bank check. He also said that he would roll any fees into our agreed to price. I went and got a bank check on Tuesday for the amount we agreed to. My wife and I then drove two hours from Wisconsin Wednesday morning and right before we get to the lot at around 12:20pm I get a call from Bill telling me that the vehicle had just sold right at noon by someone who had been interested in it since last week. I couldn't believe it, I thought Bill and I had a deal even if it was just over the phone. Since we were so close (less than 2 miles away) we went ahead and stopped at the dealership. The vehicle was still there and it just so happened that the other buyer came soon after us with their check for the vehicle. When we asked what was going on and to complain, Bill became rude to my wife and told her to go back to Wisconsin. He then threatened to call 911 on me. Worst car dealership experience I've ever had. Glad we ended up not buying the vehicle from Auto Audits Inc. because after this experience I wouldn't trust the vehicle to get me home. Stay away from this dealership!

Me and my brother went there this afternoon to get his hhr, not only was Bill hilarious and polite but the only dealership around with the greatest price for what my brother was looking for,, it was a great experience thanks Bill and Thanks for the advice ?

Do not buy from this people, they make you drive to their place once you there they tell you the car you were looking at just sold. Is BS.

Haha terrible service! I live 8 hours away and was ready to drive out and more than likely buy. However taking a picture of a specific spot was too much. Literally told me that. I ask him what his admin fee is and hangs up...

Was planning to buy a truck from them and made an appointment to come see it driving 2 hours to do so. After running behind in traffic I told them I was running about 15-30 minutes late. They said to come back tomorrow instead. I arranged to get off work early to see it, called to check on my way and they sold it. No communication, were rude on the phone and had no consideration for the fact I was going through a lot of work to fit their inflexible schedule. Terrible to deal with.

Small car dealer but great great people Mr.Bill took care of me reasonable prices for the car market he knows what he got in his lot soo don't even try to negotiate the price I tried twice but I finally took it they give me exactly what I was looking for and me & my family are very happy not like other places that tried to rip u off trust me I know about car business again I recommend this place to anyone for some reason they been there since 1981 they are doing something rite!!
