A realistic review this Walgreens is in the heart of Fox lake. Not prone to black’s due to people’s ignorance as well of course but my experiences taking care of business here all depends on who’s working and the time of day I go here. Because even the customers act strange if you don’t look like them or how they want you to. The new girl tilted her head up at me as if how can I help you not saying a word and I took it offensive. I asked her you don’t know how to greet black people how are you doing, next?? And the cashier next to her got an attitude and tried to lie and said I don’t have to talk to her that way. I asked her what did I say to her that was wrong? She lies and say I asked the girl did she know how to speak BLACK?! I looked at her and asked her is that what I said? She looked at me looked at the cashier and told her that’s not what she said. In the mist of all this the lying cashier called Leslie-the manager and Leslie was great! She understood my frustration and concerns and told me she would talk to them. Stop the prejudices! If I didn’t know any better that situation could have been escalated with the police involved while my child was present.

They never seem to have my meds ready. They also never contact me when my meds are ready. They don't know what times prescriptions are coming. They also seem to withhold my meds from me. They tell me I have no prescriptions left but I called my psychiatrist amd they told me I have refills.
Go somewhere else for your meds

We love walgreen's but this locations pharmacy is very slow and not the nicest either. Hung up on me when i called. Told me a script would be ready after 2:00 pm went at around 5:00 pm and was told the medicine was not in stock? Some of the clerks look very confused at times and seem like they don't know what they are doing. They changed the hours and don't operate on Sundays. We try to avoid this pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine.

Rude and passive aggressive, been coming here for years and always had issues. The guy at the window today just finalized it to me that I will be switching to a new location even if it's 10 min farther

I would also give this Walgreens a "0" Star Review if I could make that selection. Their staff, specifically the Manager, is a very rude person. Absolutely no professionalism at this store. Will never go there again.

Awful pharmacy. They take forever to fill scripts and they're never there for you to actually pick them up. Go somewhere else.

On hold for 20mins with the pharmacy just for them the hang up on me instantly! Called back to use the automated system but apparently if you have more than on proscription you can't. So again it transferred me to the hold and then it's been another 15mins. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. This location is horrible.

Go to other Walgreens if possible. These people are so dam rude. Every single employee in that pharmacy. I was there today and just because I asked too many questions the employee got upset and basically threw the meds on the drive-thru tray. So Unprofessional. Her name is Nancy.

The staff say they are understaffed. Time sensitive prescriptions take a week.I will be using another pharmacy going forward.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Worst customer service. Has really gone downhill. Was just told I could transfer my script somewhere else when asking why it’s been a week since my doc submitted my script and it’s still not ready.
