Absolutely the worst auto routing phone system I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been trying to contact the pharmacy for over an hour to ask a simple question and have been cut-off or put on never ending hold 9 times. I’ll have to drive 20 minutes now to the store to ask. Totally a waste of your time. They only have 3 people behind the counter and it's impossible to get refills. They don't know how to manage time. They give attitude. JUST DONT GO HERD

I'll drive further out if my way just Not to shop at this pharmacy... everyone I know goes to Lakemore Walgreens much nicer and friendly staff at Lakemore Walgreens
