Had an appointment set up to have a detail done to my suv at 8 am. The guy who set it up asked to be there as close to 8 as possible. I walk in at 8:05 and I don't see anyone. as I walk up to the counter, the Lady was sitting behind the big sign at the desk. Hiding almost.. Didn't even say hi or anything when I walked in. She looked hung over or half awake. Then, instead of good morning or anything she just says the service I booked was going to cost more but she wasn't sure how much more ( the car had light overspray from some local painter) I told her the contractor was paying for it and he had already talked to first guy who set up my appointment. Why does it need to be more all of a sudden she didn't explain.. She acted confused even though the contractor just called and talked to her. Then she says they wouldn't be able to even start till 12... soo why was I there at 8 am? She was very rude and was not friendly at all. It just gave me a bad feeling so I just canceled the appointment and took the car to another detail shop. She didn't ask why or try to reschedule or anything.. Didn't care obviously.. I've been going here for awhile for just quick exterior washes but I won't have any more services done here. She really needs to work on her customer service as I have seen other reviews mention the same lady. You literally lost work for your employer because of your poor attitude. ... Too bad because a few of the outside guys I talk with are always so friendly.

Today I went to The Village Carwash and paid 14.00 plus a 2.00 tip to the first guy for a bad carwash!I bought the most expensive wash out of 3 choices for a regular wash. (No hand drying)I left to go home, I looked to my right and there were suds all over the 2 passenger side windows. Ugh!Unfortunately they dried there on my 3 mile ride home.I got home and quickly got the Windex and towel to try to get this off. It was terrible! It was a wax of some kind and the problem was, it was ALL over my car.I proceeded to wash my car again from all the white spots, honestly it wasn't even cleaned on many different areas of my car.I could have done all of this without going there.Terribly disappointed,Jennifer Wellhausen

What a sh*t show!!! PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! I USED to be a pretty big fan of this business. My family would buy annual passes for all 3 cars. The initial owners ran a tight ship, then the business was sold to Hiten. My issue is the RUDE employees and crappy service! I own a 2017 Expedition. SUPER clean, 50K miles; I take care of my things. I thought, "it's been a minute, I'll get the truck detailed before the winter." $300 later.....and a broken 4-Wheel drive knob.... Owner, Hiten, gave me his cell number to communicate, considering they broke the knob off of the 4-wheel drive switch!!! WT heck? I didn't drive over in 4WD? And NO MENTION that this accident happened! I call to make them aware after 4 minutes of departing the parking lot. The crack head, Abbie, that is behind the counter, is rude AF! My husband called Victor and Arlington Heights Ford, got the switch and fixed it. Hiten said they would reimburse me AND redo the hood because there was swirls and smears all over the hood. I arrive the next week AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME, and the business is CLOSED upon my arrival!!!! I text the owner and he tells me "due to inclement weather, et al". I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!! if you can call/text your employees to tell them not to come in, you certainly can text your PAYING CUSTOMERS! Reschedule to week 3 now; arrive at 8:03am and NO ONE is in the pay area. ?I try to tell one of the guys that I have an 8am appointment, et. al. He doesn't understand a word I'm saying. And I'm well within my boundaries because my last name is Yanez. Drop off, and I'm called to pick up within 1.5 hours? Really? I text the owner, ask if all is done, inspected? He assures me I'm good to go. THANK God, I asked my husband to accompany me back there. STILL smeared and crappy job. I ask the crack head Abbie for my keys and I hear her mocking what my husband said to her. SERIOUSLY? Then the detailer comes out and says to me, "what is your problem now"? I'm stunned! Seriously stunned. Who are these people? Do they know that they're in a CUSTOMER SERVICE space? My husband tells the guy, again, that the hood is smeared, he touches it up with the Silly-Putty type thing that HE WAS SUPPOSED to use, bada bing. Good to go. Moral of the story: WILL NEVER GIVE TWO RED CENTS TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. Will be disputing my charge, too.

Got here at 520pm, went through the kiosk and chose The Works pkg at $17. Went through the wash came out to have my car detailed inside and out and as my children and I were getting out of the car I was told RUDELY by the new manager lady "did you choose the 17?" I said yes? And she said you have to choose the 34.95 pkg for full detail and then rudely stated " we're closing!" and then immediately walked away and went inside?! Wth? I even asked the young gentleman that was working beside her who can I tip largely just to have it vacuumed out quick? He told me she was the manager.This business will go down fast with management like this. Rude ah and horrible customer service. Clearly customers do not come first these days. Good luck to you personally lady and best luck to this "new" business and the poor unfortunate employees that work for you.

There is a new business model for the store; you can no longer choose a cleaning package. It's either a wash or a wash with an interior clean; I chose the wash with the interior clean for $35. The guy at the entrance of the car wash said he "would be a nice guy and help me out to get the bugs off the front of my car." They always did this; why would he say such a thing now? The interior clean was sloppy, and they missed several things. I could understand if they were really busy, but I went at an off-time when I was the only customer. Sorry to say that they have succumbed to growing up too fast and unable to keep up with good customer service.

The two gentlemen working this evening did great work on my vehicle. They are, however, clearly understaffed for the periods of peak traffic. I waited far longer than originally quoted simply because they lacked the staff to manage volume. All that considered, definitely delivered value for the price paid.

We come here all the time! With all of our vehicles. Never had an issue until the other day. Went for a car wash, came home. Didn’t notice the wash knocked my mirror cover off. Called them, some lady answered the phone and they said they didn’t find one. (I didn’t believe her) Went in to talk to the same lady. She said oh I found one but it’s shattered. (Straight lied to us on the phone) Wouldn’t give it to us because the manager wasn’t there. And said I can’t help you, but you can come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. It’s 3pm.. your open until 8pm? Why wasn’t there a manager on the premises? Volvo mirror covers are $200. Definitely lost two long time customers. Will not be back due to terrible customer service.

Extremely satisfied with my experience this morning! Had to get the car detailed and went with the $160 interior package. An absolute job well done. My car looks BRAND NEW! Will highly recommend! Also the best pricing in the local area!

I went in for the thirty five dollar full service. Peter the owner is very impatient, he was waving me forward like I was an animal. Very rude didn't care I was going to put a bad review. Etc... take care ......I read your response and G_D forgive you for lying Peter. See other reviews. See the one below mine. I'm not the only one who thinks you are rude.

Do not go here! Read the other reviews posted on google. The owner is a complete jerk! I paid for the $35 wash. The receipt didn't print. When he asked for my receipt I said it didn't print but I paid $35 and had my debit acct open to show him. He basically accused me of lying as if I was trying to get a higher priced wash. Then he dried all the cars behind me and made me wait. I told him that I come there once a week and didn't appreciate the way I was being treated. Again, he called me a liar and said I don't come there once a week. When I said I'd never be back he shrugged and said I don't care. Her does not deserve your business!

I've washed my car here a few times. My only beef is with how the automatic car wash is. The ones where you have to line your tires up in the track really bug me. I have gone in these before at different places and the air valves have gotten damaged, causing my tire to go flat. I had a replacement plan on the tires for this particular car because I was stepping down from an SUV and it seemed to make sense. I swear I was replacing a tire at least once a month before that replacement plan wore out. So I've come here a few times with an SUV and not been disappointed. I think they are expensive, but it's popular opinion to just respond with "everything is expensive!" So I guess I should just shovel out my money and not complain. I just think for what I pay they could at least make sure my car wasn't dripping wet after pulling out of the wash. I want a longer session under those large air dryers or someone to do a quick towel down of my car. It doesn't have to be perfect where they open your doors. Just all the windows would be nice. It would also be nice that when my car did dry, that water spots weren't left all over the windshield. Hope this helps with your decision to come here.

I went to this place and paid the full $35 for an interior "cleaning". The passenger seat still had sprinkles and crumbs in the cracks, paper was still on the floor and in the door receptacles. I am extremely disappointed! I really needed a full cleaning as I am entertaining co-workers and clients. I feel if I am paying the extra money, it should be COMPLETELY cleaned! I would at least like some kind of reimbursementServices: Vacuuming
