First time getting my nails done at Nailed It (formally Lux, now under new ownership). Really happy with it. I had dip done, and my nails look great. Clean, and spacious place. Everyone is super friendly. Already scheduled my next appointment.

Everyone was nice and the pedicure was ok. Minimal massage but it was a good job. The manicure, however, was not. No soak, cut cuticles with a small amount of liquid. No lotion, or massage and took 4 phone calls (they were for appointments) but stopped working on me and walked away. I was frustrated. Considering the price of the services for slightly more I could go to a full service salon. Probably won't return.

Love love this salon! Been seeing Channy for some time and she always leaves my nails looking fabulous. ✨ Amazing staff that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend this place! ☺️

Been going here for a few months now. New owners are great. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My nails always look good and they seem to last a lot longer too.

New ownership! Everyone working is nice, fun and very welcoming! They have a ton of colors and all on display! Super clean and comfortable!! My nails are always perfect. My pedicures are always relaxing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was highly disappointed the way my daughter was charged!! She asked for just a little bit a glitter around her big toe....the girl did it! When it was time to pay, Daniel said 40.00 for her pedicure!! Now I was told it was 30.00.....he charged her 40.00 without telling her that the glitter was going to be an extra charge!!! I asked him if he would only charge her 5.00 extra, because it was so minimal, he then said he will remember to mention it next time!!! There absolutely will NOT BE A NEXT TIME!! I told my daughter not to give a tip and Daniel said that's just fine with him!! He wasn't the one who even do the pedicure. Now I know my daughter is an adult....but you never stop being a Mom!! I was disgusted with this individual....that being said.... horrible service by Daniel!! I am only giving 1 star because my pedicure was 30.00.

NEW OWNER!!!! Clean, friendly and great service! I had never been because of previous bad reviews, saw they were under new ownership and had to try it out. So glad I did! The women were friendly and very good at their jobs. They gave the place a killer face lift and were happy to answer questions we had about their services. 10/10 will be going again!
