These people have no ethics. Avoid them at all costs. Sold me a boat that died the second time I used it and they just said "tough luck. You're on your own." Cost me $8k for a new engine. These people are slimeballs. Especially their service manager.

I purchased a brand new Monterey 355SY from Munson Marine in 2020. I have been blown off by the service department for a list of repairs that are under warranty. I have issues that have been unresolved now for 3 years. I was told that " we just don't have time". Buyer beware! They will communicate and give you the red carpet service up until they have sold you a boat and then you will have nothing but headaches trying to have warranty repairs. I have tried to communicate with the Monterey Boat Company in Florida and have been blown off by them as well. I would never recommend Monterey or Munson Marine to anyone. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!

purchased a pontoon boat sept 2023, mike in sales was very knowledable and was very helpfull, katy was the bustneess manager and helped us throught all the paperwork, they were both awesome , thank you munson marine

Bill delivered our new boat to us. He was on time, courteous and really took the time to take us out and show us our new boat. He was very knowledgeable and showed every detail of our new boat. I would highly recommend Munson Marine for all your boating needs.

Matt knew what we were looking for and had been keeping an eye out for just the right boat. Then miraculously just the right match showed up and he knew it checked all our boxes.The folks at Munson worked with me on price and we sailed away with a great deal. Can’t say enough about Matt and the team at Munson Marine.

Not one of their bigger customers but treated like we were (even though we're from Kansas and won't be driving 560 miles for our service work), what can I say - attention to detail, very responsive to all of our questions (including driving directions!), attentive and accomodating to our special requests (demands), good dealership, good people, and a good product - Sea Ray 185 Sport - special thanks to Matt, Tyler, and all the other helpful eployees (including the young man who went out of his way to ensure a safe trip with the Bimini Top!) at Munson Marine! I made a deal with Mike from Munson and drove 9 hours to take delivery. Everyone there was professional and courteous. Mike delivered on the deal he promised. In and out with zero issues. I’d make the trip again.

Had a great experience at Munson Marine with the purchase of our new SouthBay pontoon. Our salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Everyone is laid back and not pushy to make the sale. The process was so easy and We are so happy with our new boat. Thanks again and looking forward to many years on the water.

We ordered a boat in January 2021. We were told it would be in before summer. We totally understand COVID and the impact it had. We would call and be told they would call us back the next day or the following day. After 2 weeks we would call again. This cycle continued until we got our boat in October 2021. Stored it with them, our mistake, trusting them. Same issue. Communication is less than professional. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Nice marina with bathrooms. Bonus gas station is right there, the kids like to stop everytime we go and get a snack or drink.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Mike in sales picking out our new boat. He really concentrate on what I needed and what fit our needs the best and didn't try to up sell me. My wife and I are very happy with the boat we received and the service we have received from Munson Marine. The service department in very knowledgeable and always respond quickly when we have a problem. Very happy with all aspects of Munson Marine !! Our 2nd boat from Mike in past three years.

They took care of things until the moment we drove off the lot with the boat. A very inexpensive part broke and they ordered it and called us to tell us it was ready for pick up. We went there and waited patiently for at least a half an hour while they looked for it, but they couldn't find it. Days later when they found it and we were hundreds of miles away, they wanted to charge me for the shipping to my house. It's shocking that an organization selling such a high ticket item doesn't do better at customer retention.
