Recently went in to purchase a pontoon, the sales guy was totally uninterested in helping us out. Asked what the budget was before asking other questions, looked totally bothered by us being there. I guess our money wasn’t good enough for them. Whatever happened to customer service.

Rented two jet ports last year and for more than 2 months my jet skis were sitting in the water instead of staying above water. Occasionally they would also let other people to park in your jet port. The area around the ports is completely covered in vegetation and weeds so save your boats/watercrafts from additional repairs.

Stay away from this place. A brand new Suzuki 250 that overheats but "isn't covered under warranty." The boat continuously overheats from the time it was purchased. Dealer refused to warranty. Shady practices. No wonder they split.

I’ve stored and serviced my boat at the Walworth location for three years and Lisa and the team have been great to work with. Easy to coordinate schedules for seasonal in and out services, storage and maintenance.

These people have no ethics. Avoid them at all costs. Sold me a boat that died the second time I used it and they just said "tough luck. You're on your own." Cost me $8k for a new engine. These people are slimeballs. Especially their service manager.

I purchased a brand new Monterey 355SY from Munson Marine in 2020. I have been blown off by the service department for a list of repairs that are under warranty. I have issues that have been unresolved now for 3 years. I was told that " we just don't have time". Buyer beware! They will communicate and give you the red carpet service up until they have sold you a boat and then you will have nothing but headaches trying to have warranty repairs. I have tried to communicate with the Monterey Boat Company in Florida and have been blown off by them as well. I would never recommend Monterey or Munson Marine to anyone. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Bill delivered our new boat to us. He was on time, courteous and really took the time to take us out and show us our new boat. He was very knowledgeable and showed every detail of our new boat. I would highly recommend Munson Marine for all your boating needs.

We were looking for just the right pontoon and had just about given up hope, when I got a video text from my salesman Matt at Munson Marine. Matt knew what we were looking for and had been keeping an eye out for just the right boat. Then miraculously just the right match showed up and he knew it checked all our boxes.The folks at Munson worked with me on price and we sailed away with a great deal. Can’t say enough about Matt and the team at Munson Marine.
