I went there to get groceries when I got home I noticed about half of my items expired since April so I took back some of them to exchange however they only had ones on the shelf that expired since April we are in September, when I went in I asked the customer service lady if I could leave the bag there to go get my replacements and she acted as though I didn't exist so I went and got my items and had to get different flavor since the others were already month expired I proceeded to tell her maybe if you checked the dates once in 3 months I wouldn't drive 20 min back and waisted gas. Then today I noticed the oatmeal is also expired. This is the worst jewel I have ever been to the prices are super high you would expect to be able to get food without worrying if it's expired. Do better please. I'm not coming back to pay more and get less and have to spend more time rechecking your work and you should check the oatmeal strawberry and cream 4 pack cups they are also expired.

I know in the rush of things your just trying to get outta there but check your receipt every time! Especially with this app they’ve got now the prices on the app versus what’s in the ad and what’s rung up at the register is very confusing because there’s no consistency- I deleted the app after using it once and was over charged for a few things, was told to come in and they would correct it-they didn’t and I was told all the managers left at 6 p.m and there was nobody there that could help me-this was on a Saturday! Never shopping there again

I stop here at occasions and never had any problems or concerns or never notice anything out of the ordinary. Pretty clean store and good staff. I do want to recognize Austin F though. He really stood out today. I observed him helping the lady in front of me and helping his coworkers it was really cool seeing everyone just smile around him he immediately just helped pack bags, He's always smiling, super respectful and just an overall cool vibe. So yeah, this rule was pretty average, but Austin F made it an awesome experience today. Really appreciate it after having a tough day myself. Was very hard feeling low with Austin's vibe. He is a keeper, Jewel!

I really like this Fox Lake Jewel. It's easy to get around, the staff is ALWAYS helpful, especially when I'm at the self checkout. Polite staff and I really like the size of the store too. It offers 365 brand & Organic brand ! (which is awesome).

Won't come here again, deli People are beyond unprofessional and have an attitude. Every time I come and order. It's okay I'll spend my money at you're competitor (s) where they treat the coustomers right and dont give them an attitude. Jewel osco won't get another dime from me. Worst grocery store.

I have lived in the area over twenty years and this Jewel keeps getting worse, I was overcharged again -I usually just leave it be cause it’s not worth the time and effort but it does start to add up, so I came in with my receipt and the advertisement for that same day and was told that there wasn’t anything anyone can do-very disappointing, will not be shopping there again

Ordered from the deli for chicken. When I get there no one knows about my order after standing there for 20 minutes to get the chicken I ordered. So I tell them what I ordered 2 hours ago on the phone. They give me an attitude because I want 8 breast and start asking if Iam sure I called the right store to order. Then tell me it would be 20 minutes to get get the breast. Because they can’t give me all those breast without having more made. Which is why I ordered ahead of time. So I go wait in my car when I go back in they found my order no sorry or anything.

Jewel is my go-to place when I need something last minute, since I live down the street from it. It's an overall great store. But.. I saw three teenage girls around my daughters age (12-13) who were hitting all the fruits and vegetables in that aisle. They also were standing right in the middle of the self-checkout lane and not moving. I couldn't buy my groceries quick like always due to them not moving.

Check your reciept every time.
One $20.00 over charge, $17.00 the time after that and over $9.00 today. It's becoming a regular thing even with clipping the coupons.
I know people who don't have access to a computer. Why can't we all just have the sales price instead of wasting more time clipping deals. I have better things to do. I don't want to spend an entire morning on one store.

Absolutely atrocious experience at Jewel Osco! From rude staff to expired products lining the shelves, this place is a disaster. Don't waste your time or money here. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Usually I have no issues. Ive been buying the fresh orange juice for years. I dont know if lately there have been faulty bottles or they just switched to cheaper ones. The last 3 I bought, you cant open for the first time without squeeing juice all over yourself. The caps are difficult to remove, and the bottle is very flimsy. As you grip it to remove the cap, it squeezes in and causing the juice to come out. I cant buy it anymore.
