I went there and test drove 2 pre-owned vechicles. I offered a price it was declined. After I did my research I realized that used- cars are not marked up as we may have thought they were. After my understanding I reached out with a a reasonable offer. Unfortunately for them and fortunately to another dealership I bought my new used vechicle. Sadly, no follow up from my salesman. The other dealership felt my offer was under what they could do but let me know they wanted to work with me. I bought my vechicle with them. There was no follow up from my salesman, the manager or anyone from this dealership. I truly never write anything negative but either they are just to busy and if this is case then...great! But if customer service is lost then....I'm sad for you.
