Lady at desk was friendly but unable to explain and communicate with customers needs. The gentleman was really rude and needs some training on how to talk to people and how to approach customers.

Great rooms, good prices, great service. While they aren't the best rooms in the world they are clean their prices definitely make the best up for them and it's a lot of things to do around it. It's best to come a little early because they are first come first serve especially on the weekends. Definitely

Love this motel! It’s my third time staying and I love it here! Good location, the area is very safe and clean.The motel is very clean and the staff is so friendly!

These people have severe mental issues. The daughter was aware of my SERVICE DOG but the owner decided to take it upon himself to just bust in the door and tell us to get out and the wife followed saying how nasty it was inside. Both started insulting and screaming at my wife. She absolutely held her own with both. This went on for a good hour . Ended up staying that night. Next day the whacko wife demanded 250 dollars for "repairs" at exactly 11 am. Nothing was asked for before that.We took 35 pictures to show nothing was damaged. They were pissed by this AND WENT TO MY WORK TO COMPLAIN TO MY BOSS. Could have had me fired. We were there due to a house fire and my wife has cancer and dealing with chemo. His wife told her it was her own fault for how her life was going. No heart, no compassion..Very angry, hateful, money hungry scum. They are the true white trash of Fox Lake. Their behavior and attitude is very disgusting and barging in our room was EXTREMELY ILLEGAL AND HARASSMENT AT MY JOB. ILL BE SEEING THEM VERY SOON.

Had a great stay at Fox Lake Motel! The rooms were clean, service was friendly, and it was a comfortable spot for the night. Solid 5/5 stars for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Would recommend for a cozy stay.

Stayed at Fox Lake Motel and it was pretty awesome. Rooms were clean, service was cool , and it made for a chill night. Definitely a 5/5 stars from me!

This place is fraud!!! Lady barely spoke English on phone. U can't make a reservation online. So I called to see if a jacuzzi room was available. She said yes. $110 plus $150 security deposit. Deposit seemed kinda high seeing it cost more then the room. Checked out next day room was left in good shape. All garage in the garbage cans, wet towels left draped over the tub, bed was slept in as normal. She wouldn't give the security deposit back bc she said the carpet was wet. Yes that is gonna happen when u have a jacuzzi in the room right when u walk in and carpet close to it. There was only about a foot or two tile away from tub.

Old building...Tv didn't have much chanels available, somebody from the staff got into my room when i was trying to sleep!!And there was a guy from a close room outside smocking and talking on the phone i believe, but he was kinda loud so i couldn't sleep very well.

Small motel but clean. Nice bathroom and service was good. Conveniently right off the highway. A bit more expensive than I would have expected and wifi went in and out. But it was quiet for being right on the highway.
