They did an excellent job replacing the pontoons on my boat as part of an insurance claim and the toons turned out looking great. Looking forward to summer and trying it out on the water.

Bought my first boat from Fox Lake Harbor and they made the process as stress free as possible. Total purchase from the test ride to closing took maybe an hour and a half at most. Every one in the building was Friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about the product. They are a one stop shop for service, storage, and launch.Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Had an excellent boat purchasing experience with them. Excellent folks,easy to work with and they put good packages together. Was nice that they take you out on the water in your craft and go over everything with you a very nice touch. It was a bit of a drive for me but if I was ever in the market agin I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Had an awesome experience at Fox Lake Harbor with Tim Donley and team, buying a new Crownline. I had been looking for a boat for years. Three year/seasons wasted pondering the idea having more fun in the sun with my boys. Tim made it easy. He showed me options, discussed all the bells and whistles, allowed me to test drive and gave me some good advice. Lots of places to buy but customer service has been lagging everywhere. But not at Fox Lake Harbor. Very responsive.

Just be fully awake during purchase process, I have mixed feelings about my purchase process. However, service department is always very helpful, I use their service since five years and I cannot complain about it.

First time boat buyer...great overall experience. Initially met some of the staff at the Chicago Boat Show and after speaking with several other dealers knew this is where I wanted to go! No high pressure tactics...told them what I wanted and they helped guide me toward the best option. First year keeping our boat here. Folks seem super friendly. Nice floating docks. Could use a few more amenities. Showers and bathrooms other than portopotties. Prices are reasonable.

We worked with Tim to purchase our boat. He was an excellent sales person! Highly knowledgeable and gave us lots of knowledge and helpful hints for the boat.
