I am really disappointed from the employee, we purchased 3 slippers and after the purchase process at home when my family members tried two of them we find out that the size is big, they removed the tag when they tried them. And when I went to the store and want to change the size, The employee categorically rejected and did not listen to anything I said, insisted, without any cooperation or any help, and she continued saying without the tag you can’t return it, even with the receipt, and there is the serial number on the receipt but she refused.
That was unprofessional. I don’t recommend this store.

yes it's funny... every time I go there one of the workers will come over and preten to stock the shelf right next to me... I always wait for them to come over an spy on me.... it's like a game.. an yes the dollar general is a GREAT store.. very normal people working there

This store is not worth shopping at employee is super disrespectful an can never shop in peace rather walk alil bit just to shop at dollar general way better service an great employees unlike family dollar in fox lake. The lady that is the worst ever is chris. Yes i wait for the bus but also like to shop but told me to go such disgrace in customer service, go back to school chris and learn respect ?

This location is usually well kept, with a better décor than their other locations. The employees are also friendly and polite which is a welcome change from my experience at their other locations.
