“I really enjoyed my grocery shopping here as this was my first experience . Bakery & Deli needs lots of improvement and Produce should be fresher and cleaner but I found frozen items to be particularly varied with many choices. But don't buy chips/ snacks here as terribly overpriced”

“The store is great, see the interest. Entrance is absolutely ridiculous. You come down a long road. You turn in, then you run into an island the parking lot is set up exactly wrong. You come out of the drive through for your prescriptions. And you run into an island facing the wrong way. Everything is set up wrong. Straighten it out or I will never go there again.”
“Found some good bourbon at the customer service desk. The popular higher end stuff might be locked in the cage at this desk. Scored a Blanton's and an eagle rare so I'm happy.”

“This location was redesigned to look better and more modern..items have moved around many times to the point of absolute frustration so I hope they stop playing where's Waldo with items.
At the same time some items are placed in unintuitive locations. For example dairy products aren't all located together. You have deli style cheeses at the front of the store. Then more cheese on the opposite end of the store in the back along with the milk and yogurt.
It's not the only Walmart to do this. It makes no sense. It's also not the only type of item placed in a weird isle.
Also there's items in this Walmart that don't exist at the Walmart in Antioch, and vice versa despite being only 15 minutes apart. A lot of these items are more ethnically catered...”

“The people who work here really care about customers. I walked in as I was looking for a birthday present and a lady at the front showed me where I could find some choices. She was so kind. I was having an issue accessing my Kohls Cash as there isn't much of a signal in the store and some other problems with it yet the team there helped me a lot. The cashier was kind and the supervisor was kind. They should be the trainers for all Kohls store. This location is doing everything right for a positive customer experience. My friend really likes her bracelet. Thanks for making me feel like a valued and appreciated customer.”

“This Target Optical went above and beyond to save my family of six from the perils of Mom driving on the interstate when my husband lost his glasses on a roller coaster while hours/days from our home. We were able to leave with a trial pair of contact lenses and a huge sense of relief (I'm disabled and can't drive longer than 1 hour). They were so nice and the store is lovely, as is the Starbucks. I really hope y'all give this store a chance, as they were the only ones to even try to get a working (for at least a couple of days) trial pair on my husband. This is why I just dropped hundreds at my local Target optical and will remain a loyal customer.”
“This Antioch location is huge. It's worth driving that extra distance for, definitely. Shelves are kept well organized. Compared to some other Walmart stores their aisles are wider and cleaner which makes it easier to walk around and fill up that oversized shopping cart.”
“I am surprised at the large amount of negative reviews of this store, as I thought it was far and away nicer than the Meijer stores near my home. I visited here while dogsitting for a friend and was impressed at how bright and clean the store is, especially compared to my local Meijer.The employee at the Service Desk was friendly and efficient and while of course no other employee said a word to me as I traversed the entire store, I am used to that from Meijer and it didn't bother me at all.I found a sale salad for the next day's lunch and was amazed at how clean the checkout area was: No shopping baskets strewn about or random coupons littering the floor. I was mildly disappointed though that there weren't any spare receipts laying about for me to score some additional Fetch Rewards points!”
“SELF CHECKOUT DOES NOT LET YOU USE GIFT CARDS. The person at self checkout helped us quick and put us to a register to quickly solve this. I'm glad it's still associated that care about their job. It's always crazy in Walmart on how busy it gets.”
“I'm with my husband yesterday when I came here. He drives a car so we park our car in their parking lot. Were lucky that time since there is only one left available to park our car. After we park, we enter this grocery store and there are a lot of customers inside. My husband picked one cart and we started to purchase our needs. We went first to the cereal section. My kids love cereal and the container of cereal in our house was already empty. There is empty space in inventory. They need to fill it immediately. One cereal that my kids love was already sold. So I just bought another flavor of it and I purchased 5 boxes of cereal. We spent an hour before we bought everything we needed. And we're glad that there are no long lines at the counter. Gladly we paid our purchases easily.”
